Hello Shyam, good job on the entire team for getting the client back up. Does every account have a full view of our balance and points (except for the IM Middle year bonus)? Or are there still accounts where the IM medals haven't been converted into FTP points yet?
Sorry if this has already been asked elsewhere but can someone take a second look at my maths for clearing the deposit bonus within a month and the rakeback equivalent

first thing i did was changing my email because i didnt recieve any of the emails the lucky majority of the posters were able to read. Now I also didnt recieve the validation email to the new adress and cant do anythig in the client. All the time the validate your email pop up appears.

i've managed to change my password (after clicking forgot password and receiving a temp one) but when attempting to login i got the "contact loginsupport" popup, the email address is inactive as when i try send an email to them i get back a failed delivery report notice.
I tried few times to log in but password was wrong. so requested reset password. But when i put my temporary pass it says
"we are sorry, but we cannot access your account at this time. Please contact customer service for assistance"
Can someone help me here.
I'm trying to validate my email address to the poker account.
It says full tilt have sent me a validation code but I have received nothing.
Junk folder is empty and there are definitely no typos in the email address I submitted.
Any help is appreciated.
