I am having the same problem.

I have been going to the FTP website and downloading as a work-around but it's annoying. I hope this gets fixed and I want to make sure it's brought to Shyam's attention.

Will i be excepted from the "first time deposit welcome package" if i made a deposit on the old ftp?

They moved their owners, but support remains the same old ****. I have sent 4 emails about the authentication of mine and that I did not get a response.
will take more than 30 hours to respond to a simple email.

Tards like you should stop complaining about the e-mail support. Just imagine the number of e-mails they receive from ppl stupider than you. Delays are to be expected.

FTP is claiming they did but myself and many other people are missing the Iron Man Medal -> FTP point conversion completely with no response from support yet.

Earlier in the week I received e-mails from both Full Tilt and PokerStars that the funds from my Full Tilt account would be available in the near future. However, since Full Tilt is not licensed in Belgium (where I currently reside) I would need to transfer these funds to a PokerStars account.

This morning I recevied an e-mail from Full Tilt letting me know that I could transfer my funds to a “paired” PokerStars Account. It provided detailed instructions that I followed to the letter.

I was able to transfer my entire Full Tilt funds, Tournament Money, Tournament Tickets and Full Tilt Points quickly and easily (less than five minutes). I then was able to have PokerStars transfer a large amount of funds to my Belgian bank account. The money won’t be in my account until Monday, but I have never had an issue with any transfer from PokerStars and don’t anticipate any problem with this transaction.

I feel badly for my fellow Americans living in the US that must go through the DOJ system to get their money, but I wanted to let everyone know that it appears that the money is there and that everyone, eventually, should get their money back.

I ordered a tv and ipod from FTP that never arrived to me .. they havent refunded the points also .. Anyone else with this type of problem? Support is not answering ..

I moved to canada from the US on 6-1-11, got verified and started grinding on 6-15-11. when FTP shut down on june 29, 2011 my official address with FTP was my canadian address.

This means i am considered a ROW player, right? (even though i have since moved back the US)

i can't convince FTP's support of this. the client won't let me log in, because it says i need to verify my address and ID (i sent those scanned docs on oct 18 to show that i am now living in the US once again).

after explicitly and politely explaining my situation, here is the last reply they sent me:

We are pleased to confirm that we have now concluded our agreement with the US Department of Justice and hence commit to relaunching the Full tilt Poker site within 90 days, by November the 6th.

I was in the middle (well beginning) of clearing my FDB. I had another ~500$ left to deposit and clear. What's the status of this? Pretty sure there are more people like me.

Happens at tournament and sng lobbies and also the login screen has the same issue but Tables all are fine. I am using Windows 7 and has good graphics card.

Are you using basic view or something gambit? Dunno, but if not def has to be a graphic problem

I actually had to enter a security token number instead of current pw here to get it to work, but it looks like you have more characters. Seem to recall someone saying it would only accept numbers so that was probably the reason there too.
