Same. I open the client, and it pops up and says "There is a new software update to install." - then when I click OK, it closes.

Re: FTP Update 7/9

Glad there has been an update with a quick fix. Here are a few things I hope you can answer/address for me.

1) I noticed a bug last night where the player in seat 4 at a 6 max table (assuming the front center position is seat 1) would not have a number next to his bet amount whenever he put chips into the pot.

2) I'd really like it if there were a way that observers could still have text hand histories available to them in the last hand box. I understand the concern about datamining, maybe you can block out screennames in the observed HH to prevent this and replace them with seat numbers or something? To an observer, that wouldn't be a major inconvenience, but it would be a major hindrance to datamining bots.

3) Is it really possible to e-mail full tilt and ask for hand histories over any date range, including those over 1 year long?

Re: FTP Update 7/9

Thanks for coming back today and letting us know what is happening.

We are not angry at you per say, but I am sure you can see why most of us have been going mad crazy over this situation.

I hope everything gets better and back to "normal" soon enough.

I have been very vocal about many things the last 24 hours, but I do like your site and want to continue to play there...your last update just made that near damn impossible ( for me at least ) so I look forward to seeing if it is any better and that MORE improvements are on their way.

I Thank You Doug for your time, and coming back and keeping us in the loop.

I have a question regarding the new and improved last hand replayer.

Is it possible to access the text of the action instead of having to watch the hand on the player ?

For example if you just want to see what an opponent's actions were on a specific street i.e raised UTG or limped pre flop, checked the flop etc. Is there a way to view the text ?
Click the hand number.

4. Bet slider - The mouse wheel now works on the bet slider like it used to.
I have to click on the table for the slider to work w/ the mouse, even though I have "highlight bet amount" checked and "bring table to front" checked the program doesn't seem to activate the table correctly.

edit: Also, the tables only come to front about 10% of the time

edit 2: I don't have to click on the table if I mouse over the bet slider. Still pretty annoying compared to the old behavior.

Bye Doug. I'm taking my $1k weekly rake elsewhere.

Reason: Unacceptable FTP software updates.
