Re: FTP Update 7/12

Updates 2 times in 3 days is a joke, and when you have to work 3-10 hours on getting it to work then something is seriously f... up.

Re: FTP Update 7/12

Hmm...

Client hasn't locked up in the last 20 mins of playing, tables are popping to the front correctly....

It's almost like it was before they started updating it...

Seriously confused.

EDIT: Auto-type function when window appears still not working - bet slider still not working properly as you still have to click on it before using the wheel.

Re: FTP Update 7/12

FTP = huge joke, and this thread is completely absurd.

If you cared at all about your customers you would say "Don't play on our site now until we've fixed these ridiculous huge problems such as 8 card flops, buttons that are labeled fold but actually result in a call and etc."

BACK TO BASICS PLZ, Rewind the Software to pre-7/x update thread

If you want me to make a video with the title ''Leakfinder , FTP edition'' then just PM me so I can show you why this is resulting in leaking money in both short- and long-term from an economical, psychological and technical perspective.

Doug,

instead of releasing some new minor updates everyday, don't you think the easiest way is:

1. roll back to the version on 07/06, and
2. keep fixing the bugs in the new version, and release it when it is fully tested???

why is it so hard for you/your managers to understand this???

Re: FTP Update 7/12

had a pot where i got disconnected after raising w JJ. Was an overpair on flop as I was able to get back when it was my turn on the flop. hit call as I assume the bettor from the BB was stealing adn could get more if i just called. and the call then said invalid bet amount. all buttons went away except the time button which i hit. that showed i was there also to ftp. couldnt do anything but watch my hand get folded after 30 seconds. argh!!!!!
will I get my money back???? who knows.

Re: FTP Update 7/12

Why are all sad about the 3. Hotfix? Be happy that they even work hard to fix it on Sunday. We are long behind the point of no return. Lets make the best of it and report bugs, but not flaming only.

Re: FTP Update 7/12

When I try to open up 16 tables to make a new auto save layout, the FTP client closes automatically. That would put me on tilt if I was actually playing hands...

Re: FTP Update 7/12

I think we are at least entitled to an answer of why FTP does not roll back to the working version that no one had a problem with before until every issue with this new software is worked out.

It is unacceptable for us to be your guinea pigs. I know there are a large majority of players that just refuse to play at FTP until every problem gets fixed. By not rolling back your software you are driving away many loyal customers, and some loyal customers for good.

Re: FTP Update 7/12

5 days and 4 updates later it still does the exact same thing for me, lags for ~5-10 seconds once a minute, making it unplayable.

I do not think I have any more problems with the software either, but to tell someone that cannot even log into the site, or is having freeze issues, that they should simply restart their computer and all will be corrected is simply ignorant.

Just because its finally running well for some, doesnt mean there are not PLENTY of others out there with some severe problems with this update.

They are lazy asses? Crazy talk...they didnt ask for this update, and had ZERO problems prior to it......
