Full Tilt Sign Up InstructionsSign up with Full Tilt Poker

1) Follow this link to the Full Tilt Poker website. Follow the download and installation instructions on that page. re you should follow the download and install instructions. When you have finished installing the software, run the Full Tilt Poker client and the lobby will launch:

2) A "Login" window will automatically appear (If the "Login" window does not appear select "Login" from the "Lobby" in the menu bar at the top of the page).

3) In the Login window select "Create New Account" and then continue with the registration process. A new window will open as shown below. Please be sure to enter the Referral Code: RAKEBACKPROS

4) Lastly send us an email telling us you have signed up with Full Tilt Poker and also tell us what your Player ID is. When we receive this, our accounts department will send you an email asking for your details. Your rake will be paid directly to your Full Tilt account once a month unless it is under $5 in which case it will be written off.

Isn't this for people who aren't receiving the e-mail. therefore for people who dont have existing accounts?

For the people whon received the email there is no mention of needing to create a new account

Most rakeback sites have mistakes or are unclear sometimes. Someone posted in this thread you can keep your screen name and an email was sent to me saying the same thing.

My experience with FTP support is that it takes ages (24 hours +) before they respond
I'm guessing they've been flooded and overwhelmed by emails asking for confirmation.

Re: FTP rakeback for existing accounts finally happening

I'm new here, but boy am I stunned at how many people immediately presume everything is a scam with no actual knowledge on the topic. Here is my experience w/ rakebackpros and fult tilt (copied from another forum I posted in.)
----
Rakebackpros had something on their page (about a month ago) about this possibility. I have a really old account on Full Tilt w/ no rakeback. At that time I mailed them and fulltilt support about having it added. I was told I would be added to a list of players to contact when/if they start supporting this. Early last week I received a money transfer from rakebackpros out of the blue. Mailed them and they confirmed that they hand be able to add me on. It looks like they are widening the program now. When I first requested it they said it would only work if my account had never been set up with a different affiliate. Since I created the account back before affiliate programs existed this wasn't a problem.

--- initial email from rakebackpros.
Full Tilt is allowing us to move over select groups of players on a trial basis. If you are a player who is looking to get rakeback, and are not attached to another affiliate there is a good chance you will be able to be moved. Full Tilt will send you an email if you fall into that group. I will email them and ask if you can be added to the next batch of players they allow to move to RakebackPros.com.

Thanks,

Joe
Rakebackpros.com
----

I never did get the email from Full Tilt. I just started getting rakeback deposits into my account. NEVER was I asked for the password to my full tilt account. Only the name so they would know where to send transfers. Really what type of scam is someone going to do with only the name to your account?

Re: FTP rakeback for existing accounts finally happening

so i went back to my old emails and found this. notice that it was back on 9/19 when i got the email and that it is from the affiliates support at full tilt. combine this with what i said earlier about receiving a couple months of rake back already with no problems and i think we're okay here.

Re: FTP rakeback for existing accounts finally happening

i'm guessing that email went out to a distribution of people and that the distribution was all blind copied (in other words, he did not just directly send that to me). the TO field must be populated so he sent it to himself as well.

Thats InternetSurvival101

When something sounds too good to be true...

And in this case all it takes is a post from a FTP representative to confirm/deny so why not wait?

Re: FTP rakeback for existing accounts finally happening

The only reason I say it is not legit is because FT supposedly singled out a single affiliate to reap the rewards. If I was an FT affiliate, I would be pissed since it is free money for them with absolutely no effort. This just doesn't seem like a good way to conduct business on FT's part, but then again, FT has shown time and time again that they are utter idiots so it might end up being true.
