Unfortunately we do not have any information about your current affiliate."

Even though I registered at Full Tilt directly through their website, downloaded there and all, Rakebackpros say I am with an affiliate already, and they have no info about affiliate, just that I am not gonna get RB. Anyone ever been through this who can advise me what to do?

I will email FT if they know whats up.

Maybe I am gonna have to find another good RB site to play at, any suggestions? I am in Germany, if that matters.
Had the same issue with them. Think it was an old cookie (or so I was told) from when I signed up. No way they would give me RB.

Arent rakebackpros and FTP the same? Surely they could bend a little?

Very fast reply if you ask me..
I waited the 48 hours and my account had not been updated.. I sent an email and my reply was that your account doesn't appear to have been set up for RB yet..

And my luck, I cleaned out all my emails this weekend, and their acceptance letter was one that got trashed..

WTF

Re: FTP rakeback for existing accounts finally happening

I want to add something... rakebackpros just accepted me... just got the email... and the thing is i have never deposited one cent before... still can get $600 bonus... so if you people were wondering if you need to deposit to get rakeback YOU DON'T im proof... also i never had to enter in RAKEBACKPROS codeword... i don't know if this has anything to do with it but i've played over 10,000 hands in ring game? maybe that why they select me?

Re: FTP rakeback for existing accounts finally happening

This is somewhat off the topic, but I FTP reset my Iron Man counter to zero once, even though they charged me the medals I paid for the continuing month. I sent them a REALLY angry email telling them I would take my business elsewhere if they didn't comply, and they finally did.

Obv, RB is a much bigger deal to the site, but ultimatums may just do the trick.

Gl, everyone and keep trying!
