Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support.
We sincerely apologize for the delay. We are currently receiving a large number of emails and are responding to each one as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and will do the best we can to assist you.
We truly understand your concern surrounding funds being deposited in to your Full Tilt Poker account as well as funds being removed from your personal bank account.
We sincerely apologize for any confusion this created.
As you may be aware you were among a group of players who were affected by a recent check withdrawal problem. The recent deposits you have received in your account will reflect your returned withdrawal amount as well as an additional cash amount.
The additional amount received is a token of our appreciation for your understanding and an extended apology for the inconvenience you have experienced.
We are pleased to let you know that this issue has been resolved and you may withdrawal this added cash amount along with your returned funds in order to cover any banking fees you have incurred.
Upon review of your account, we do see you have attempted a withdrawal of your funds and you have received declined messages.
While most players can request one check per 24-hour period between $100 and $5,000, our check processor has reduced the limits for check withdrawals.
As a result, your limits are now one check request per 7-day period between $100 and $3,000.
Due to a display issue, the check limits in your "Cashier" window may be inaccurate. We hope to have this issue resolved soon and apologize for the inconvenience.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Regards,
Maegan

Why dont they just process my request instead of taking a day an half to write me an email back stating the limits are inaccurate.. just buying some time i suppose
