Got the exact same thing today. And got the $50 as well. Would rather have the check.

FTP's reps won't answer why there are so many problems with checks for some reason either.

I've had issues with bounced checks twice over the past year so recently set up a specific bank account to do electronic transfers. Problem I'm having now is getting my withdrawls to deposit back into my account. My last withdrawl was made 14 days ago and it still hasn't made it to my account. Checks typically took 6-8 days.

Has anyone had issues with electronic withdrawls more recently?

I plan to send an email off today asking what the deal is!

That's totally standard and been discussed a bunch recently in this thread. You can have them stop payment on your check and they will, but then you're stuck waiting another week for the money.

Not sure why everyone is still doing checks right now. They've pretty much been down for over 2 months. I used to only withdraw by check, but am just doing transfers now until they fix whatever their problem is.

I did not receive this message, however, an amount equal to my previous withdrawal check plus $25 has been deposited to my account. Am I supposed to divine what the heck they're doing?

So checks do not work at the moment?

Has anyone tried UseMyWallet? It works for US players?

I also received the email in question. My check was requested 11/4. The check amount plus $25.00 is back in my Full Tilt account.

I see there is also a situation going on in the bank transfer thread, but since I don't have UsemyWallet, I am going to roll the dice and try to get a bank transfer through. I will report back in the appropriate thread if I am successful.

I just noticed the "Bank Transfer" option. Has anyone used this option? Any fees associated with it? I notice it has the last four digits of my previous checking account. I would need to change that somehow.

Well, I'm taking a shot at this option. I know I was able to deposit using this option a couple of years ago. I will post results. I believe there are no bank fees with this option.

Have checks bounced or do you just mean they never got cut?

Ok so my 2k check bounced. never been through this before. I emailed and they are asking for my bank statement. Is this for the check amount or for the reimbursement of fees? I dont see why they would need my statement for the check. cant they tell if it didnt cash? Also its absurd I have to wait for a statement in the mail to proceed with this,

It's for the fees, take a screenshot of an online statement and email it to them.

There are fees associated with all the options, unless you don't have rakeback.

So now that checks can't be used for a while what's the better option, bank xfers or wires? I'd prefer the method that makes it less likely for the bank to get suspecious...
