This, and given the fact that PS allowed ONLY cash conversions (which I assumed was required by the DOJ, so that all US players would get would be cash, which could be taxed, although I admit that's just my opinion and I have no evidence of that), and now FTP is saying they won't be allowing US players to purchase bonuses seems....ominous.

Fulltilt = totally blowing it. And your time for redemption is running mighty thin.

It is ****ing absurd to expect us to spend hundreds of thousands of FTP points on the few remaining items you'll have in stock once the stampede begins.

International players would be foolish to play on your site. I really feel bad for everyone who had money on FTP, I was lucky enough not to.

The pathetic part is that I do miss Rush Poker.
FTPDoug - If FT can't pay out US customers, can you give us the patent for Rush Poker (shares pro-rated by player "balances") and we can sell it to Harrah's and/or MGM?

E-mail the situation to your congressmen, to relatives, to whomever. ****, what do you have to lose? Part of the reason this all happened is because poker hasn't been more widely accepted as a legitimate sport-of-sorts. I'm not saying FT is perfect, but considering the way they've been treated by legislation, and not knowing the full story, I've seen companies WAY, WAY worse.

are you kidding me? 5 days. They had their hands tied for 5 ****ing days. For 25 days since they have stalled, lied, stalled lied and now stalled and lied some more.

Every passing day, I wish I played on Stars. I think I'm going to sell my account on there soon for like .80 on the dollar.

this is a joke right? you dont actually expect them to say theres any chance we might not get our money no matter what the real situation is do you?

It's only been 1 month, and I think we're getting real close already. They already paid out for the Take2 promotion. They said the rakeback payments are coming this week. They also said that the check withdrawals that players never received are going to be redposited into their accounts this coming week. I don't think they'd do that if they were planning on not paying us.

Hang in their guys, we have every reason to believe that our money is coming in the near future.

Credits into an account that you cannot access or withdraw does not = "paid out".
Shills gonna shill.

Re: FTP Answers 5/15
ok, I've had enough of this crock of bull**** already. Stars paid, you didn't. You can't make any more mother F****** EXCUSES. You have to realize that people who can still play on your site see whats going on here. Nobody is going to trust you with their money and it serves you friggin right. "We've had numerous hurdles etc blah blah blah". GET REAL, BOTTOM LINE STARS PAID YOU DIDNT. Don't you understand that poker players aren't retarded? Stop blaming the DOJ for everything and pretending they're not letting you pay. JUST ADMIT YOU DON'T HAVE OUR MONEY ALREADY.

This. Full Tilt, you need to let us buy tourney tickets or some sort of cash reward like PokerStars let it's players do.
Anything else is extremely unprofessional.

Re: FTP Answers 5/15
ok ftp, you wont let us cash out, but why wont you let us transfer? players in a way can be the "payment processor". Let the market set the price. and what the **** was tony g talking about good news with ftp cash out services. can we get a timeline? is up to late 2012 or something? if so, at least we know at LATEST its some stupid silly date.
It really is silly that FTP is trying soo hard to get the non US market back to full service since theyll be the only ones paying rake for the short term, and you put us americans on hold, we obv dont make ftp money anymore.
Also whats so hard about offering a ****ty cash conversion for our ftp points, at this point, we know FTP isnt stars by all means, but do i really need all this random **** when i really just want to take my money and run?
So whens the next magical date with an update (not that it means anything obviously)
going back to the transfers, If you wont let us cash out, let us transfer, so the market can take care of itself. I have all this money out that people owe me on different accounts/stake deals that id like to either have in one account and/or off the site. Did the DOJ specifically say no transfers?
With the WSOP coming up, its really important to let us know some firm dates, even if its disappointing so we can make other arrangements. Doug, it really does suck that your stuck in the middle of this, but cmon, tell who ever you answer to, you cant go back to 2p2 with this type of information.
I am truely a massive drooler to actually think a site as reputable as FTP to be responsive at a time like this. Why did i not put my money on a shady small site? because of reputation and standards. Ive literally played 95% of my professional poker career on your site ( as sad as that sounds, its soo close to truth). To think that i was going to move to a different country to rake in more money for your site is really sickening....

i believe everyone knows that... that has little to do with the way FTP executed their balance sheet and cash flow statements driven by an aggresive Growth strategy platform. They never saw the indictment coming sfobv.
And have you ever seen American Greed on CNBC, i recommend you check it out, how local US companies PONZI scheme US citizens out of their life savings and the DOJ/FBI does their jb and puts resposible in jail but money is not given back to the affected citizens. i.e. bernie madoff and even worse Rafeallo Follieri (who at one point even dated Anne Hathaway)
