EDIT: Doug, I want to mention a friend of mine lost his security token and has been stonewalled by support. He sent in his ID and docs but has heard nothing back. This is one of the problems with the "not saying anything" as a policy.
I know this is a cluster ****, trust me. I'm actually screwed myself. Just continue working as hard as you all can and know how much it means to everyone to get their money back. Also please make withdrawals available before trying to figure out the value of various promos and points if the figuring of that delays our ability to withdraw at all.
