Same problem. No idea how to fix it besides just cutting back on the amount of tables I play.

Have been a loyal FTP customer for years - have like 26 straight months of ironman and 12 table 100NL 30-40 hours a week. But I think I am going to cash out and finally make the move to Stars.

1st - the shorstack problem continues to get worse and I don't see you guys fixing it.

2nd - this table focus issue has made your site unplayable. It's been 2 days now and there hasn't been a fix? Inexcuseable and downright pathetic. You shouldn't pass the testing phase on to the customer.

3rd - I sent 2 emails the other day - one asking about the table focus issue and one asking a simple MGR hit question and I get back 2 total cookie cutter copy/paste answers that didn't come anywhere close to answering my questions. I am tired of being **** on while I line your pockets with dough. FTP should go above and beyond to make its customers (especially its high rake customers) happy and you flat out do not do that.

Your customers are only going to take so much **** before the cons of your site outweigh the pros. It's a shame too because you have the money to make your site an extremely high quality business. But instead you choose to **** on your customers because (presumably) you don't think they will leave. But keep treating customers like you do and more and more are going to be fed up like I am.

Everyone please lets all do this together, get off our computer leave the house go find someone named Doug and... I don't want to say it, but you know what I thinking.

Every other month new update new crap same old BS. I really want to destroy something.

For every action there is a reaction and a poker players reaction is quite a f**ing thing.

There has to be a way or something we can do to let FTP know we need to be heard. They can't just do this kind of thing and just ignore us, yes I don't generate 100K of rake a year, but this is how I make my living and this incompetency has got to stop.

Please, Please no more updates till we can have a system in place that a small group of people that play a lot can test your betas before they get released, I'll volunteer and promise to give feedback at least for SNGs, we can have someone coordinate this from 2+2 and do a way better job of testing from a more in the field kinda testing. What ever FTP is doing is not enough

Here is a tip for FTP SW test team, go open up 12~16 1dlls SNG on Poker Stars and stack all tables, and do the same for FTP you'll see what we are talking about.

No wonder ftp only allows you to play 16 tables at the sometime, I heard of people playing 40+ tables on PS.... not much else to say.

I think I shall be moving to stars soon. Can't stand this shortstack problem any longer.

Hey Doug. Great update. I love the fact that i can no longer play multiple tables. I love the new features that i can't even use. I will never leave FTP until a hacker easily takes my bankroll because I love playing against ALL shortstackers.

Don't change a thing because FullTilt has done everything right and thinking about the player first. I will prolly go homeless if i dont leave this site because i used to play poker for a living but cant no longer. Its cool though because i am so loyal!

maybe make a 'custom check box editor' so you can pick which check boxes you want at the lower area.

also please fix the table focus issue, I'm sure you will, but this is the #1 issue right now.

and do not charge double rake for running it twice.. that is downright awful.

+1 to a standard number of 50bb min tables, they don't have to be deep (though the extra deep tables are a good start). People will use them without the playerbase being fragmented, just look at ipoker.

lol FTP gets so many long winded, heart wrenching rants. It's like you torment us, stars hardly gets any complaints. FTP < stars in player base, do you see a connection?

I actually like FTP, but I don't understand why they do the things they do so often. Is it bad management? Lack of staff/resources? A general not caring for your customer, attitude?

I mean, I understand you can't compete with stars in the CS area so you try to pull ahead in tech/software.. but you are just straight rushing it, and pissing off a lot of players along the way.

There's been some good stuff lately(deal making function, synchronized breaks, HH re-player,etc) but you straight test it on the unsuspecting. I'm sure you could have a 100 or so testers(professional testers mind you) from 2+2 if you asked/set up some deal with them, but to just put this buggy **** out there when we already pay a ton to play is a joke.

I can't even tell you how much money I have lost directly due to your buggy software, nor would I want to rethink it.

1. Stop releasing this garbage and have it properly tested.
2. Shore up the huge gap between stars in the CS department.
3. (goes alongside of 2) have a bigger presence on this forum(the biggest and best poker forum)
4. Be more communicative in ALL issues

2-3-4 are basically the same thing. Imo the buggy software and horrid support are two big issues that, if corrected, could make you the industry leader

HI, i was wondering when will the mtts that starts at like 2:50, 3:50 etc, will have synch first breaks? Because i play micro mtts and most turbo tournaments start at this time and i never have a 5 min break if i start one every X:50. TY in advance

i sent an email to support about this and never got an answer.

it seems so absurd to me that the people who make the software are probably not capable of actually making sure it works correctly

Games are completely unplayable right now because of this. I used to be paying >$300 an hour in rake.

I expect the days missed (15th - whenever this gets fixed) to be credited with Ironman. I don't think it is too much to ask to be compensated for all the hours that I've not been able to play because of this problem either, but PS is the only site that I know of that credits its players when there are problems (probably because they actually care about their players).

FTP, you guys really need to wake up and smell the roses. Stop giving us updates that seem like they're really good, but don't actually work. We don't want new stuff if it is going to cost us money (by making us time out of ****, cards not showing up, etc) or if it is going to make the games unplayable (such as the newest update). Sure, argue that they're playable, but you're only fooling yourself with that comment. The games are not playable for your rake generators, and one would think you wouldn't want to piss of rake generators.

Perhaps we need some type of petition with a list of players who demand certain changes.

Um, that's kind of what these threads are.

Believe it or not FTP actually DOES listen to us. The problem is that they are barely competent on the implementation side of things.

Changes we want take forever, random **** we don't want keeps coming down the pike, and almost every release introduces some kind of new bug that ****s over at least part of their regular player base.

Compared to three years ago, the site and the software are actually significantly better. But it's been a very long and very bumpy road to get there.

I'm pretty much completely ******ed for sticking with them for so long, but everyone has their limits. Stars seems like the only real option for working pros at this point.

However this thread is not a petition with a list of demands that is directly e-mailed with e-signatures of the people/accounts in this thread to the right departments.

That is a more direct approach and I feel it would produce more results than relying upon FTPDoug to relay **** for us about 2x a month and then come back here and not even give us a serious reply about SSers.

His reply was downright disrespectful.

I've also had enough with these "threads" and want to explore making a petition and sending it to all the right departments and possibly cc-ing Pokerstars support and informing them of all the new customers they will be getting.

It's time to play hardball.

Doug, from PMs Ive sent and my posts on the last two FTP Answer Threads, you hopefully get the picture that I tend to look for balance and grasp the whole situation before rashly making statements and wide accusations.

But cmon Doug, this is bordering on surreal.

I received this in my email after submitting a bug report yesterday about the action table not popping up. Is this actually worth trying or is this just a boiler plate response?

I wish Stars would make it so you could earn Supernova if you earned enough points in a 365 day period, not between January-December. Then we could all leave FTP today and not wait until January 1st.
