I tried to dig some info on this and I think they have a different business model: it's like an independent poker room (e.g, terminal poker), however they associate with networks like Microgaming to advertise their product. When other networks join, they'll share fast poker's player pool, however, this pool is always different from the poker site's normal pool. They pay a percentage of rake generated to the "host" poker site but they act like an independent room.
Perhaps, depending on the network, you might get different promotions, but that should be exclusive to the poker room itself. But fast poker is so distinct from the host that, at Microgaming, the rake generated doesn't count towards their VIP scheme.
That's why I say they must do something about this, because with no loyalty scheme I don't see any purpose for playing there after the welcome bonus is redeemed. But perhaps some Fast Poker representative could come to 2+2 and brief us on this, as this is just info I got here and there, nothing "official"
