Re: Expekt poker warning :(

Which other sites make you to rake some % of your deposit? Dont know any even though I deposited and cashoed out of many sites. Only pokerstars want you to wait 48hrs to cashout your own deposit but you dont have to rake anything.

What does that have to do with anything? You don't even have 300 posts, how could you possibly know about common practice at poker sites?
Ok with ur head? Not to much sense in this post nor it is funny... Look more like temporary brain disorder than irony. Do you want to improve your post count or sth?

Irony and Sarcasm are two different things. Go ahead and look at my other posts in the thread and see if you can figure it out.

Hint: I was agreeing with you.

As mentioned earlier, poker sites are not banks. Most have a really low standard of 1x rollover including Stars I'm pretty sure. Anyone confirm?

For this guy to have raked only 35 after a 50 deposit means he probably played for part of one day and tried to cashout. Which the site found unusual. Ldo.

It's noticeable that he didn't post the whole chat but whatever. His behavior in what he did show was incredible. Customer service rep was amazing in the face of that excessively hostile garbage.

I have only barely even heard of expekt but I'm very impressed with how they have handled this difficult customer. Kudos to expekt. My only issue with them is not banning the player for his poor behavior. But he's probably a bad player and is good for the games. Plus, they seem to have successfully gotten rid of him without needing to tell him that he's banned.

Op definitely owes expekt several apologies here. What a hideously poor performance on his part. Wish I could play at a quality place like expekt that treats their customers so well.

are you for real ?

i really think you are working for them.

you should not be a mod bro

I do not work for them and I am not trolling. I'm not sure I have ever heard of expekt. 1x rollover is fine for a site plus they took care of it for him anyway.

I believe many of the sites the other poster listed do indeed have similar playthrough requirements before being allowed to cash out. Ldo. Not uncommon at all.

Op was incredibly poor. Even with the obvious language barrier he was intentionally a total douchebag and incredibly rude and hostile. Beyond most of the typical terrible chat stuff copied by some posters around here actually and hats really saying something.

Expekt performed extremely well and that is obvious to anyone intelligent looking at this.

This one isn't even close. I'm amazed at how well expekt performed in the face of a customer behaving that badly.

+1.

Btw, the thread title is misleading. I was pretty horrified thinking that even well respected sites are getting in trouble now. The only reason I even comment this thrash.

I mean, who makes 7 lines of comments in chat without letting the other guy reply on his turn.

do you understand this,or i need to make it more clear?
come one,this is a joke
if this is true, then il make sure everybody finds out
hey dude
you want war,you would get it

Abusive and threatening language. Some sites would ban but I guess Expekt didn't want "war" lol

You're post is a joke....

I wass damn angry after they told me that " You didnt't rake enough,we want MORE money from you or you dont get paid"

Come on people, how should i react?

Tell me MicroBobor,Osterror, what you would do in my situation?

Please don't tell me that you would cancel your withdrawl and rake more just because they said so...........

For a 50 euro deposit 35$ in rake is more then enough.

Microbob i respect your reputation on 2p2,maybe you are right in some points - abusive chat is one of them.

But,this wass a abuse and you must admit it

May i know when it wass last time when you played online poker?I wish you to face a similar situation and be in impossibility to cashout your own money because this GREEDY operators ask for MOORE rake.

Re: Expekt poker warning :(

In your situation. I would not deposit 50 euros anywhere again until I can handle a common everyday customer service situation without anger and feeling mad, without threatening war or posting a threat thread on 2p2. I think it may have been too important money for you in the first place to deposit for gambling purpose causing so much worry and anger.

Sorry if I sounded rude, I am not English native speaking either In my mother tongue I am a nice person.

It could be 1,50,1000 euros,my reaction would be the same in that situation and i consider it normal

Re: Expekt poker warning :(

MicroBob,
I have played on over 30 different poker sites in just about every network, yet I've never heard of any rollover requirements for cashing out after a deposit. It's really common for bonuses to have such requirements, though.

Can you give a few examples of sites requiring you to rake certain amount before you can cashout (non-bonus money) from the site?

What about first deposit bonuses? Because that is most likely the issue here, even though OP has barely provided all necessary details to confirm it.
