Re: Slow Eurolinx withdrawals?

I have requested a Neteller withdrawal on Monday (05/25). So far nothing and live support is giving me the runaround with "technical issues".

Re: Slow Eurolinx withdrawals?

people who are waiting for withdrawals: do you still have the option of reversing it when you go to "bank"?

How long does that option typically available?

Re: Slow Eurolinx withdrawals?

As far as wires go,once it gets processed which takes 1-2 daYs, there's nothing you can do but wait for it.

Still waiting for a 5/2 bank wire. Eurolinx Lydia logs in to 2p2 atleast once
A day, it'd be nice if we could get a reply from her.

Re: Slow Eurolinx withdrawals?

No idea, but their facebook page says they are expanding and are "now looking for enthusiastic new employees to join our team, based in Malta."

They go on to list they are in need of Support Agents and an HR Manager.

Re: Slow Eurolinx withdrawals?

Kelly: Hello. How may I assist you?
you: I need to speak to someone from the financial department ASAP
Kelly: Hi sir.
Kelly: Yes I remember you and your withdraw request.
Kelly: Kindly hold on for a moment. Thank you.
Kelly: Let me check for you.
you: I am still holding.
Kelly: Sorry to keep you waiting, I am checking.
Kelly: I am very sorry for the delay, our management are aware of your withdraw and they are willing to make a $100 compensation credited to your account.
Kelly: We will process your withdraw as soon as possible.
you: thats not sufficient
you: What good is $100 in my account
you: when I dont have access to the money
Kelly: We are going to process your withdraw very soon, so do not worry.
Kelly: We apologies for the delay.
you: thats a non-answer
you: I want to talk to someone from the financial department
Kelly: Kindly hold on for a moment. Thank you.
Kelly: I am trying to get in touch with them but they are not responding. Can you please check later?
you: no, i cant
you: this is not the first time
you: I try to get some straight answers
you: let me talk to the management
Kelly: Yes I understand how you feel.
you: do you?
Kelly: I have informed my senior and she is checking.
you: she is checking what?
you: I dont want someone checking something
you: I want an explanation
Kelly: Kindly hold on for a moment. Thank you.
you: are you kidding?
you: I have not nothing else for the past 20 minutes
you: *done*
you: well?
Kelly: I am sorry I have not receive any reply from the Finance yet. please be assured it is really not our intention to keep you waiting.
Kelly: You have been a very good player with us and we don't want to upset you.
Kelly: Unfortunately this time the withdraw has taken longer than we have expected and we are very sorry for this to happen and will do our best to pay out as soon as possible.
you: Saying you "pay out as soon as possible" does not answer any of my questions
you: let me speak to your manager
Kelly: the finance team has replied and your withdraw will be done in 24 hours.
you: care to explain what causes all the delays?
you: I am not the only player who is waiting for this withdrawals
Kelly: I am very sorry I do not much information of why it is delayed.
you: thats why I have requested several times to speak to someone from the financial department or management
you: which you have ignored so far
Kelly: We did not ignore your concerns, but yes it has been taken longer than you expected and I am very sorry for it.
you: how many times do I have to ask to speak to someone from the financial department or management?
Kelly: Our managing director has just sent you an email to xxx@xxx.xxx

From that email I also learned that they still have not affected a withdrawal I request on April 13th although its status is "completed" in the Eurolinx banking history.

Re: Slow Eurolinx withdrawals?

I spoke to the managing director on the phone earlier. He explained to me that they are having problems with their payment processor that is returning a lot of transfers without proper notice. These problems mainly affect USD transfers and they don't have the same kind of trouble with Euro transfers.
I explained to him that counted on the 04/13 withdrawal because I intended to use the money for the WSOP. He offered to meet me tomorrow night (I live in Malta) and give it to me in cash. I hope that works out. He also told that I will get last week's Neteller withdrawal within 24h and possibly within the next few minutes which turned out to be true.
