Yeah, I got that one too. I'll believe it when I see it. It looks to me as though they have just created another layer of excuses and obfuscation. I'd be surprised if the "bank@eurolinx" address is actually answered by anyone connected with the finance team.

Re: Slow Eurolinx withdrawals?

So I emailed that bank@eurolinx.com yesterday and no response yet (not suprised). I also email eCogra as I thought they were the holders of their gaming licence and this is the response I get.

So again I go and speak to a Customer Service Rep;

Tania: Hello. How may I assist you?
Me: Hello I spoke with Tony yesterday regarding my delayed Cash Out - he stated to contact bank@eurolinx.com and they would respond, I never got a response.
Tania: Sorry for the delay.
Tania: The Financial team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Me: Tania I know its not your fault and I'm not mad at you, but I am very upset over this issue as its getting ridiculous
Me: Everyone thinks your site is broke and doesn't have the money to pay people out - and from what is going on its hard not to believe such

Tania: I understand your concern, howver We do not have access to those information.
Tania: Be sure that we are not broke and that you will get your money.
Tania: Right now, the only think I can do is to sent a reminder to the Financial Team.
Me: Who holds your gaming licence for these matters?
Me: I contacted eCogra and they only check out your "Data"
Me: Tania is there a Supervisor there?

Tania: There is no manager available right now, however they do not assist players by chat.
Me: Ok so who holds your Gaming Licence for these matters or Audits you?
Tania: You need to send qan email to bank@eurolinx.com to get more information about this matters.
Me: But they never respond
Me: You can say you'll remind them till you're blue in the face, in my opinion they don't care.

Tania: They will answer for sure. please be patient I understand that it is very frustrating.
Me: alright, thanks and take care
Tania: You're most welcome!
Tania: Sorry again for the inconvenience.
Me: Thanks bye

Re: Slow Eurolinx withdrawals?

I have also been scammed by Eurolinx, and I get the same bull**** from Support.

Please wait for a site operator to respond.
Chat InformationYou are now chatting with 'Sharon'
Sharon: Hello. How may I assist you?
you: Do you still have issues with withdrawals?
Sharon: If you wish to get more information regarding this please send your query to bank@eurolinx.com
you: I have sent them 20 mails allready
Sharon: I know that the Finance Team is currently processing all late withdrawals.
Sharon: We do not have more information regarding this issue unfortunately.
you: So do you think that they will all be processed this week?
Sharon: I do not have the time frame and more details, sorry.
you: Could you ask a manager please?
Sharon: I do not have this possibility.
Sharon: Please await the reply from Finance Team.
you: Where are you licensed please?
Sharon: Please include all your questions in the e-mail to Finance Team. We do not have this information.
you: Where are you licensed?
you: You have to be able to answer this question
Sharon: We have been advised to direct all players to Fiance Team.
Sharon: They are to assist you with these kind of questions.
you: So you refuse to answer my question?
Sharon: I do not have the answer to the questions you have asked so far in this Live Chat session.
Sharon: Please forward all your withdrawal related questions to Finance Team.
you: What is the point with Live chat if you can't answer any of my questions? Where are you licensed? That is a basic question
Sharon: Your question will be answered by the Finance Team.
you: Why haven't they answered any of my 20 emails?
Sharon: They will answer you as soon as possible.
you: Can I speak to a manager please? You are not being helpful at all
Sharon: This is not possible, I am sorry.
you: ok, bye
Sharon: Thank you for visiting.
Sharon: Good bye!
Chat InformationChat session has been terminated by the site operator.

How do we contact their license holder? It is has been obvious for a long time now that they are broke. We have to take action with their license holder to secure our money. Who do we contact? Maybe microgaming can help us also.

Re: Slow Eurolinx withdrawals?

From what I read, Boohaa12 got his withdrawal from the 1st week of June. I am yet to receive 3 withdrawals of approximately 20k from early June. Everyone is getting more pessimistic but I still hope that we will all get our money eventually.

Re: Slow Eurolinx withdrawals?

Some good news here. I talked to Jo Remme and got 10k Moneybookers withdrawal from June 6th. 2 more withdrawals about 9100$ still outstanding.

So things are happening?
Compared to how things ought to be and how things are in any decent company, this is simply appalling.

Is the race on now to try to get any withdrawal at all before EL/BoB/Remme are outed as bust and broke?

Waiting 2 months and then receiving a part of the payment after contacing someone in person seems excessive.

What did Remme say? And can you imagine what he has told others?

One can contiune to be amazed by "support staff" as well, they seem to lack the simplest kinds of information, and only want to refer questions to the "Finance Team".
Again, if the "Finance Team" did their job in the first place there should be no need for players to contact them at all.

Any opinions on what's actualle the deal with support staff? Are they under the spell and lies of management, are they just not realizing what's going on or are they also in on what is looking more and more like a complete scam?

I also note that there is no official statement about the real reason for the delays. If actually banking and security "problems" were the reason, then those responsible should be named and substituted.
Seems all is a bunch of lies anyways.
Are there NUMBERS showing how many players are waiting for money?

The delayed payments are disgusting, and the way "support" comes up with excuses and won't answer direct questions makes people feel sick and EL look like nothing more than a joke and a swindle.
What is the moral and dignity of those working there?

Has anybody reported the the Malta gaming authority?

Time will show just how miserable things will become.

Re: Slow Eurolinx withdrawals?

I have gotten a few PMs asking for Jo Remme's phone number.

Although I sympathize with all of you who are in the same boat as me(obv some ppl are more affected than others), I am not 100% comfortable giving out his phone #. I don't step on the wrong foot before I get all my money.

Like LouisCyphre mentioned in one of his posts, I kept insisting on talking to someone in charge. After a while, Jo Remme contacted me with an email and that email contained his phone #.

I am sorry I can't be more of a help.
