Re: Slow Eurolinx withdrawals?

I have been asked by a lot of people for that phone number but I won't give it out. I was contacted by Jo Remme after I insisted talking to someone from the management or financial department. That might be the way to go.
All I know about the situation at Eurolinx is what I learned after I met with Jo and posted at beginning of June.

Re: Slow Eurolinx withdrawals?

so has anyone been given a legit response as to why these are taking so long?

from reading over this thread the problem has supposedly been fixed, and now the delays are due to a backlog of requests.

have eurolinx experienced delays like this before, eventually returning to normalcy?

Re: Slow Eurolinx withdrawals?

im thinking that people withdrawing every penny immediately is only going to make things worse.

if people can keep a bit of cash on there (ask for the bonus and a better RB if you are a high limit player). this will help liquidity a bit.

obv dont deposit any more but keep playing a table or two while your other sites are open.

obviously its not our responsibility but perhaps this can help?

Re: Slow Eurolinx withdrawals?

lol. i mean theyre still sending out laptops and store items, and people are getting their cash at a snails pace. it seems like a liquidity problem more than anything.

the rat % in this case is rather high you are very correct.

is there anyone here who can get the CEO or someone high up to make a statement?

Re: Slow Eurolinx withdrawals?

This is what my VIP person told me.

I have personally seen the withdrawal back log issue improve drastically in the last couple of weeks, and I have been informed that it should be resolved by the first week of August.

Yes, we are working on having the problem resolved permanently in August. Once all the back log has been dealt with, e-wallet withdrawals will be processed within 72 hours once again. Bank wires will still take up to 14 days.
