Thank you for contacting us.
We are aware of the forum thread and most of the delays occurred due to payment processor issues we experienced in May/ June. The problem has now been fixed, however, we have some withdrawal backlog to deal with. That is why your withdrawal was not able to process on time.
We are very sorry for the delay in your withdrawal. Unfortunately, I cannot confirm a time or date for when you will receive the funds since there is a number of delayed withdrawals and I do not want to make promises I can't keep.
Please be assured that you will receive your delayed withdrawal and I will ask our finance team to expedite it for you. I will also email you as soon as I have information or a date to share with you.
We thank you for your patience, please accept our sincere apologies for the delay and for any inconvenience caused.
Kind Regards,

Lily

Eurolinx VIP Team

Thank you for contacting us.
I am happy to inform you that your withdrawal made on the 22 July via Neteller has been completed and you should be able to receive them very soon.
I will check regarding your 24th June withdrawal later on this week if we can also get it done soon. The problem is that we do have a general delay in withdrawal processing and we are clearing the backlog as soon as we can.
We thank you for your patience and apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Kind regards,
Kevin

They funny part is that i havent done withdrawel at all in July, only one at 24 june, and one in the end of may at eurolinx.
