Re: Slow Eurolinx withdrawals?

I had a cash out take quite a long time at the beginning of this month. It did arrive, just took about twice as long as it usually does.

i dont really think it fair to assume anything about scams or liquidty issues. could just be processors or what not,

anyhow like is aid above my 4-20 cashout arrived sometime last week, but did take longer than expected.

but i was notified it might take a bit longer, and then it did arrive in the window they gave me?

Re: Slow Eurolinx withdrawals?

I withdrew on the 29th april and it still hasnt gone through. Been told 5 separate dates it would be processed by; none have been met. I was also promised an email 5 times from the finance department - received none! a few days ago i got a response from jo remme who promised it would be processed that day.... that was 5days ago... still nothing.

I was promised generous compensation however! But it better be bloody generous if im going to consider playing on a site that continuously lies to me. Ive got 33k on there site so im getting pretty worried now. Not sure what else i can do at the moment except try to give them a lot of bad press, so they process it just to shut me up!

Yeah I've been waiting an age, and was promised a cashout by this weekend by Jo, but nothing doing...I'm fairly worried too, with $28k or something on there

Re: Slow Eurolinx withdrawals?

I requested an withdraw to moneybookers in 14/5/2009 and I'm still waiting for the money.
I have been talking in chat every single day and they keep saying:

Claire: We are having at the moment a slight delay with processing the withdrawals but it should be processed shortly.
Claire: Please accept our apology for the delay.

Re: Slow Eurolinx withdrawals?

I still haven't received any money nor have I heard back from the finance team. This is getting ridiculous.

Re: Slow Eurolinx withdrawals?

Apparently they are investigating the withdrawals which causes delay, what that means I dont know.

Re: Slow Eurolinx withdrawals?

Still haven't received mine either. The only answer the give when I ask for a time frame is shortly. Keep getting the excuse from live support that they can't see financial details and they would have someone in finance email me. Of course I have yet to receive a follow up email of any sort.
