Re: Slow Eurolinx withdrawals?

@neonflowerpot. EL can get in huge trouble for offering more than 30% (not saying it doesnt happen). that being said i dont know whats worse, El offering this over email, or the player posting it.

I was actually thinking about when (if) my withdrawls clearing/s, putting a small sum back on, to take advantage of the 1k match bonus they have going this month. I dont think anyone should laugh at your offer?

My opinion, as long as EL is paying withdraws, even if it takes some times, your moeny is safe. That being said there is always no doubt a "non-major" site could always default.

Id say this offer is close to the appropiate ammount of risk (your 14k for 10kps/stars) off.

I wanting ~15bis for 200nl, i was considering offering a few posters like 2200-2400(ftp or stars) for 3k(el).

however, as stated early today im still waiting on withdraws.

Angry Re: Slow Eurolinx withdrawals?

Im european and I've played at betonbet. I ordered a bank wire withdrawal of 530.000DKK (100k usd) 5 weeks ago. After mailing back and forth with both Jo Remme and the affiliate manager the status went from pending to approved 1 week ago. Theres still no money to be seen though. Does anyone have any experience if the status change to Approved means anything at all?

Usually when the status goes from Pending to Approved it takes 2 working days to reach my bank account. If its taken more than a week for you i would contact then as soon as possible about it. Sounds worrying.

i assume u mean it moved from the "point where you can cancel it in the bank section" rather than "completed"?

im waiting on less than 10k from 2 deposits. both requested over 30 days ago; good luck with the 100k.

im still hoping i can tell you guys i recived it as i have been told 2 times in the last 12 business days that its already been sent on EL's end... this is getting bad.

Re: Slow Eurolinx withdrawals?

My wire is always listed as 'completed' shortly after requested. They tell me this just means its done on their end. My late march wire took about a month to arrive, and i'm still waiting on 20k from 5/22. I wouldn't worry about the 'approved' or 'completed' listing much, although it is a little disconcerting when your account lists it as completed and the money is basically in limbo for months.

Re: Slow Eurolinx withdrawals?

I have been waiting over 20 days for 5k. I sent the finance team an email and this is what they answered..

Thank you for contacting us.

We are very sorry that we have delay in processing your withdrawal made on the 28th June via Neteller. The situation is only temporary because we have had an unusally high number of withdrawals that in combination with increased security checks have caused a backlog and delays throughout the system.

Rest assured that your money is safe and will be with you as soon as possible. We are working as hard as we can on clearing all withdrawals. At the moment I cannot give you an exact date of when you will receive the money but as soon as I have more information about your case I will email you.

We thank you for your patience and apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Please feel free to contact us again if you have any additional questions.

Kind regards,

Kevin

Re: Slow Eurolinx withdrawals?

Have wait 2 month now, got this .

Thank you for contacting us.

We are aware of the forum thread and most of the delays occurred due to payment processor issues we experienced in May/ June. The problem has now been fixed, however, we have some withdrawal backlog to deal with. That is why your withdrawal was not able to process on time.

We are very sorry for the delay in your withdrawal. Unfortunately, I cannot confirm a time or date for when you will receive the funds since there is a number of delayed withdrawals and I do not want to make promises I can't keep.

Please be assured that you will receive your delayed withdrawal and I will ask our finance team to expedite it for you. I will also email you as soon as I have information or a date to share with you.

We thank you for your patience, please accept our sincere apologies for the delay and for any inconvenience caused.

Kind Regards,

Lily
