Yeah finance team is never in, managers are never in... It took over 3 weeks for my simple neteller withdrawal to process, which is absolutely redic. I had been talking to support every day and demanding to speak to a manager or someone from the finance team.. Otherwise it would have probably taken a lot longer..

I'm pretty sure talking to the live chat support is a waste of time. They certainly don't know anything, and I'm not convinced they do anything either.

I received the money today, but it's an irrelevant amount (50ish dollars).

Robin: From what I can see it's either being processed or it's already been processed. If you have not yet received the money I would figure it's being processed and you should have the money quite soon.
you: what does "being processed" mean
Robin: That's the status the withdrawals has just before the person in question receives the money
Robin: Basically.
you: meaning it has been sent on your end?
Robin: Usually when the status is "processing" the person usually receives it in a close future
