Re: Slow Eurolinx withdrawals?

I am having trouble too. I requested a bank wire withdrawal on April 21 and still no $. I talked to the live support and was told someone from the finance team would contact me. No response yet.

One other thing to mention is that I have so far done 4 bank wire withdrawals and they all took about 3-4 weeks to hit my bank account.

Re: Slow Eurolinx withdrawals?

A large withdrawal via wire took over a month for me. After that point I always withdraw via moneybookers, and that method has always, thus far, arrived within the stated 72 hour window. When all they have to do is send to an email address it's a lot less plausible for them to slowpay. For these reasons and others I've removed my entire roll from the site in question.

Re: Slow Eurolinx withdrawals?

It's now 14 days waiting for a Neteller withdrawal

I can't imagine why they would have stopped having a dedicated forum on here it'd be so popular right now

Don't hold your breath, they're ignoring all my emails and those from my affiliate, a public statement is looking highly unlikely.

But i'd love to be proven wrong, Eurolinx, you might even restore some faith in your customer base.

Re: Slow Eurolinx withdrawals?

I'm really hoping that this is just an extended delay and not a repeat of the past Microgaming fiasco. I have $20k wrapped up on there.

Re: Slow Eurolinx withdrawals?

Probably just delays or liquidity issues, but I'd consider going to Casinomeister if Lydia is not responding to your PM.
