Re: Slow Eurolinx withdrawals?

Jo Remme sent me an email last Thursday that I should have my wire(from April 21) within 2-3 banking days and I should also get withdrawal to MB(from May 19) very soon. I just got the MB withdrawal and I am hoping to get the wire today or tomorrow.

Re: Slow Eurolinx withdrawals?

Just received my $3k Quicktender withdrawal today, originally requested on 5/20. Confidence is restored for the moment, but I'm still very pissed/disappointed about the way they handled this. Communication is the key in a situation like this (if anyone from Eurolinx is reading this).

I hope everyone else gets their funds quickly, and that going forward Eurolinx will not let their players down again.

how much was yours for and where are you from? if it does come through in the next few days that means yours was about 7 weeks behind.

My bankwire was 17k and MB 10k. I'm from Canada.

Really wish they would give us a timeline on when this problem is going to be fixed

If this actually is just a temporary problem, then they have handled it in just about the worst way possible. Even if everybody gets all their withdrawals now, most people here will be very reluctant to play there in future, and at the very least will keep a minimum of money on the site.

Re: Slow Eurolinx withdrawals?

Take this for what it's worth, but I emailed my VIP manager earlier today. I just got a reply, which would be pretty early in their day there. Gave me a similar response to what many of you have received - trouble with processors, need some time to deal with the backlog, etc. I'm told they aren't responding ITT as they would prefer to treat each case individually. I'm not condemning or endorsing this approach, but that's what they told me.

Eurolinx has always been top-notch with their CS, so I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt here. But then I only made my Moneybookers withdrawal early last week. I might feel differently if I'd been waiting a few weeks.

Hopefully this all gets cleared up soon.

The irony of this is that they aren't treating each case individually - they just copy and paste the same response to every query. To me it sounds as though customer support has no idea what is going on either.

In their defence, I was told that she'd look into my withdrawal and let me know when there was an update on it, so I do feel I am being looked after as an individual.

Still, no question this could be handled better. Especially by a normally a+ outfit like EL.

Re: Slow Eurolinx withdrawals?

Just got another update, I'm told they will process my withdrawal next Friday. Sounded fine until it dawned on me that she said "next" and not "this". Just emailed her back to see if I'm waiting 3 days or 10.

Re: Slow Eurolinx withdrawals?

Well, they're still quick with their email answers. This Friday for me, apparently.
