I made a withdrawal on 20th May for $16k and had some problems with this. Contacted support after seeing nothing for 2 weeks and was told that the problem was down to security checks for larger amounts such as mine. I received this money on 8th June (which wasnt too bad i suppose compaired to some peoples waiting time).

In order to see if support was telling the truth about the reasons for things taking so long i decided to try to withdraw a much smaller amount to see if things happened quickly. On 8th June i withdrew by bank wire $1000. Much to my surprise this transaction was completed within 3 days and i already have the money in my bank account.

From this i can only think that the reasons given by support are actually the truth. Whilst this is obviously not ideal in terms of the waiting time i have to believe that they are having some security banking issues with large amounts. From this the advice i can give to people is to break down larger amount into several smaller pieces in order to get round the security checks and to receive your money faster.

For me (for now) the panic about Eurolinx is over.

I dont think they make security checks....This must have another reason for the delay.I wanted to cash out "only" 1,6k.I am waiting now one month for my money

others are still waiting so the problem has not been fixed. Bob, could you share any opinions/best guess what is the cause of deplay and why it take so long to fix? thanks.

i suspect it went through faster because it was so small. i've got a 50k withdrawal pending and i dont expect to see it for a month.

still will be pestering support though.

if they do have money problems, they will definitely choose to pay out lots of small withdrawals instead of the big ones for obvious reasons.

Well, obviously I would just be speculating.

I'm guessing it's one of two things. Either they're telling the truth, and the processor mess has slowed down/backlogged their entire process, or they're having money issues as WoT suggests. It is somewhat concerning if there is a definite pattern with smaller cashouts coming much quicker than larger ones.

I don't recall if WoT has said how he is withdrawing...I wonder if some methods are taking longer than others?

thanks bob for your information. I called a few of my friends this weekend and it appears to be consistent with what people are saying here: withdraw is much slower than normal but everyone still gets the money.

considering my 20k monthy rake they must have a hoooge hukers and blow problem to be flush.

in otherwords id be more apt to think the issue stems from the network sharing issue. As has beensai b4, if EL players are always winning and cashing out it may be a liquid reserves issue for EL depending on how often the network settles win-loss's cross network [between diff skins].

that being said i have no idea how this company is ran, they put up a good appearance, but i dont know their finnancials. It does seem like VERY BAD business to not have atleast 3x your working capital in liquid assest when you not even providing a tangible product.

eitther way i wish EL would make a public statement saying its "security" issues instead of telling each player something different in chat.

Also, this crap about "it has been processed, but i cant provide a date it was done so" and "it has been processed and ill send the finnancial team an URGENT email for a tracer and email you"..... but then NEVER does [email you back] is garbage practice for a company thats trying to grow... or atleast stay par.

...eiher way though im still playing there and keeping a skeleton roll till things get better.

Jo has been ignoring my emails for a week now, fairly frustrating.

They have been really slow on responding to a collusion issue I reported over a month ago, aswell as slow with my withdrawals, and now not responding to emails is just a Joke

Waiting on 20k from 5/22 here.

Got one email response from Jo, says I'll have it next week. I was previously promised 6/10 by Jackie, who hasnt answered my latest emails.

My friend has been waiting 60 days.

My current plan is to get all my money off the site, and return there if they appear stable for a couple of months. It was quite a good site when it was good, but this situation is obviously extremely distressing.

if somehow, Eurolinx could survie this mess (I really wish that would be case because I like the poker site), they will need to come up with a huge promotion to get players back.

I am still waiting on a 40k withdrawal from 4/23, I also have been promised many times along the way how it would arrive shortly, today, the next day, etc and obviously all times it never arrived as promised.

So, while I am hopeful that I receive it and even that Eurolinx can return back to its previous status as a reputable online poker site, as I enjoyed playing on it very much, I felt I should share this information with the community as although some people have received there money, it has been a very long time for me, over 60 days, and I still have not.

Naturally I am very concerned at this point, and just think everyone should keep their eyes peeled, so to speak.

FFS EUROLINX IS GOING DOWN TOO? I just waited a month to recieve a small cashout from Stryyke, but half my roll is on Eurolinx FFS.. F this financial crisis, too risky to play anywhere else but the big sites these days. Hopefully I'll get my money and so will everyone else.

Does anyone know if there is any situation where our cashouts will not be completed, for example, if Eurolinx goes down, will we ever see our money again? or is that nonsense, and is it just a matter of time before we see our cash...

im ****ting bricks here...
