Still, no question this could be handled better. Especially by a normally a+ outfit like EL.
That's exactly it, I've been playing at Eurolinx for the last 1.5 years and their customer service has always been top notch and withdrawals very fast and reliable (e-wallet, not sure about wires). So for them to just out of the blue start having problems with withdrawals and on top of that completely mishandle customer service was very unexpected and troubling.
If they didn't want to make a public statement in the forums I suppose I could understand that (although I staunchly believe this is a big mistake with far reaching, damaging consequences to their player base/buisness), but at the
very least they could have sent out an email to all affected players
honestly explaining the issue and maybe give some sort of timeline on when it would be resolved.
But instead they stayed silent and their customer service reps gave out misinformation saying it was due to security checks or some other bs. This behavior looks very suspicious and as a player there's nothing worse than not having access to your funds and not knowing if your funds are safe,
especially when dealing with a Microgaming hosted room who also hosted the infamous Tusk rooms.
