Re: Slow Eurolinx withdrawals?

I always thought Eurolinx handled payments themselves. They certainly don't use the Microgaming processor Proc-cyber which is used by many of the Microgaming sites who do not process themselves. The one time I withdrew by wire the name on the bank account was Eurolinx.

This sounds like a load of BS. They are going through lots of changes right now new software, merging ladbrokes and not allowing new US players. Maybe they are swamped with work and low on liquidity.

My first deposit was sent to Joe Remme in Malta via moneygram who i think is the Pres. of Eurolinx. So why can't Joe Remme walk down to the moneygram office and send me my money now?

People are receiving Neteller withdrawals but sounds like its taking 30 days. I think this effects everyone... we'll all get paid eventually...

Perhaps it is time to send a complaint to the Lotteries and Gaming Authority in Malta.

No they don't. The user who said that he have the account in Euros was talking about Linxcasino.com.

And believe me, i have asked for that a bunch of times. I asked again when posting this to be 100% sure.

Re: Slow Eurolinx withdrawals?

It's licensed in Curacao. See below:

Please wait for a site operator to respond.
You are now chatting with 'Jonathan'
Jonathan: Hello. How may I assist you?
you: Hi, What's the story with withdrawals?
Jonathan: Kindly hold on for a moment. Thank you.
Jonathan: There are some delays in processing at the moment, due to the security checks that are performed on all withdrawals. Please accept our sincere apologies for these delays. Kindly note that your funds are 100 % safe and the withdrawal will be processed as soon as possible.
Jonathan: I have sent a reminder to our finance team regarding your withdrawal.
you: Ok, that's the form reply
you: What's actually happening?
you: Guys are waiting months for withdrawals
you: That cannot possibly be due to "security checks"
Jonathan: That is the information that has been provided to support by our finance team.
you: Can I speak to someone in the finance team?
Jonathan: I am sorry, but finance is an internal department only.
you: You must know this issue is costing Eurolinx enormously in credibility
you: People won't play there if they can't get their money out
you: Do you have any indication for me on how long withdrawals are expected to take at the moment?
Jonathan: At present, I can only tell you that they are processed as soon as possible. I do not have any other estimate to provide you with.
you: The only thing I can interpret from that is that withdrawals are not being processed at all. That is a great concern.
you: One last question.
you: Can you tell me where Eurolinx is licensed, and under what name?
Jonathan: Kindly note that this is not the case. Withdrawals are still being processed continuously.
Jonathan: One moment, please.
Jonathan: urolinx is licensed in Curacao under the master license #5536/JAZ.
you: If withdrawals are being processed, you should be able to give some estimate. If the finance department cannot tell you, somebody needs to tell the finance department that that is not sufficient.
you: Thankyou for the information.
Jonathan: You're welcome, Sir.
Jonathan: Is there anything else I can help you with at this time?
you: I really like playing at Eurolinx. I'd really like to be able to go back to the forums and report a successful transaction.
you: And I'm sure you would like to not have to keep answering questions about delayed withdrawals!
you: Thanks for your time.
