I made a withdrawal on 05/17.I spoke a lot of times with the support.Nothing changes.Now i saw this thread here.And i im worried about my money.I must fly to Portugal at 13.June and i need the money from my Eurolinxaccount to make this trip.
One point makes me thinking positive that the managing director told the truth.On 05/24 i spoke the first time with a supporter about my withdrawal.She said,that she will inform the financial department to make the withdrawal faster.Next day i look at my Eurolinxaccount and there was no more pending status for the withdrawal in the transactionhistory.I thought:"great,my money is on netelleraccount"
A few days later I have a look at my netelleraccount an there was no money there and in the transactionhistory on Eurolinx my withdrawal return to pending status...
