As far as wires go,once it gets processed which takes 1-2 daYs, there's nothing you can do but wait for it.

Still waiting for a 5/2 bank wire. Eurolinx Lydia logs in to 2p2 atleast once
A day, it'd be nice if we could get a reply from her.

No idea, but their facebook page says they are expanding and are "now looking for enthusiastic new employees to join our team, based in Malta."

They go on to list they are in need of Support Agents and an HR Manager.

From that email I also learned that they still have not affected a withdrawal I request on April 13th although its status is "completed" in the Eurolinx banking history.

I spoke to the managing director on the phone earlier. He explained to me that they are having problems with their payment processor that is returning a lot of transfers without proper notice. These problems mainly affect USD transfers and they don't have the same kind of trouble with Euro transfers.
I explained to him that counted on the 04/13 withdrawal because I intended to use the money for the WSOP. He offered to meet me tomorrow night (I live in Malta) and give it to me in cash. I hope that works out. He also told that I will get last week's Neteller withdrawal within 24h and possibly within the next few minutes which turned out to be true.

Holy moly.

Assuming that it is true that they have just been having problems with their payment processor re US players, then at the least they have mishandled the matter and done enormous harm to their reputation and credibility. noone likes to be lied to or ignored when trying to make a withdrawal.

The problem is that this explanation does not really ring true. It seems to me that non-US players have also complained. And what about the Neteller and Moneybooker problems? How can they be connected to a US payment processor problem?

It seems to me that it is much more likely that the real issue is a cash-flow or liquidity one. Should one worry about where players' funds are kept? Or is this Tusk all over again?

The payment processor allegedly handles all USD transfers worldwide for Eurolinx. Therefore non-US players are also affected.

Ok im Fed up with this.

So far thats the only forum I have taken this to, but yesterdays and then todays conversation make me so angry that i can barely describe it.

Yesterday i basically tried to get to talk to someone from the finance team.
That did not work so i asked them when someone would be available.
Ive been told a certain time (12.00-13.0 CET)
So i was on at 12.10 and they told me this:

I just came back from meeting the managing director and I have received my withdrawal from April 13th($16k) in cash. As mentioned earlier I have also received last week's neteller transfer ($10k).
So I have regained my confidence in Eurolinx for the time being. As I am leaving for Las Vegas I have cashed out the rest of my bankroll. I'll let you know how that goes.

ive now had 5 different excuses regarding withdrawals:

1) its neteller's fault
2) its royal bank of scotlands fault
3) We dealing with a backlog of withdrawals...
4) there was a problem with the system at the weekend
5) the delay is because of security checking (to which i asked what is security checking and got told 'sorry i dont know'!!!!)

Ill try and get my 6th at the end of the week!

Also whats annoying; jo remme promised me generous compensation and promised to email me back with details of it. Ill eat my hat if he actually does any of that. That was almost 2weeks ago and he hasnt replied to my emails... i got customer support to actaully email him this forum page so who knows!
