From UK, just got mine in my Neteller account today after requesting on 6th May.

I should be happy, but since the pound has got stronger against the dollar this month i'm down $200 on $4k in exchange rate fluctuations compared to 9th May when i should have had it.

I received my wire today.

If they were having problems with processors I wish they would have just been upfront and said so instead of giving the runaround for a month.

Only if you had a account prior to Nov 2008 when they stopped accepting new US players.

how large are the wires we are talking about here? is it small wires that are having issues as well, or just the large ones? Large being >20k, lets say.

i am worried about my money now because it sounds like there must be some thing wrong. Why EL would not resolve this asap? This kind of bad image will damge EL reputation and makes players worry or stay away...

yesterday i said to them that if i dint get the WD, i would come to the internet foruns..today i found this thread loololol

as it seams everyone is geting the money but just with 'a litle' delay..loolol

i dont like to wait 14 days, and will never play there again.

From what I understand 14 days isn't a huge deal. I think they said wires can take up to 14 business days if it's the first time for a wire.

If they are a few days slow we shouldn't make a big deal out of it.

my withdraw is via moneybookers and it is less than 1k. i am not sure why it will take so long. i still have not received it.

BetOnBet is part of the same network as EuroLinx and im experiencing exactly the same problem as all the other posters (i believe they are sister sites operated by a company from Malta). I requested a cash out for $15k on 20th May and as of yet have heard nothing.

In the past i have found that all cash outs requested at the beginning of a month are processed fairly quickly (within 3-5days) whereas the ones you make during a month seem to take up to 2 weeks or longer. Does this suggest liquidity problems in that they can pay out once they recieve rake money from Microgaming? Makes you wonder anyway!!!!

Not usually through BetOnBet/Eurolinx. I have been a customer there for over 3 years and in the past these transactions are done within 3-5 working days. This policy may have changed i suppose and maybe ive been lucky in the past. But with all these posts on the subject you have to be a little concerned about the situation.

Player winnings and losses are settled between the various sites on the network. I don't know how often this is done but if Eurolinx players have won a lot lately & requested withdrawals, then it is a likely scenario that Eurolinx don't have that kind of cash easily available and have to wait for settlements from other sites on the network. But that's pure speculation of course.
