Robin: I am afraid that it's out of my reach to answer questions related to your withdrawal
Robin: Have you tried to contact the Finance Team directly?
Louis Cyphre: Calling it an inconvenience it a rather huge understatement.
Louis Cyphre: I have sent them 4 emails in the past 2 weeks. They have not responded to any of those.
Robin: I can forward this information to the Finance Team and stress that they contact you as soon as possible
Robin: I'm sorry that I am not able to help you more directly regarding this matter

Robin: Well from what I understand the Finance Team will contact you as soon as they have an update regarding your withdrawal. As I just sent of an reminder as well, they most likely will contact you before that.
Louis Cyphre: All I am hearing here is that you have no idea when and if I ever get my money.
Louis Cyphre: This is not a trivial sum of money that we are talking about here.
Louis Cyphre: How you can seriously expect me to just sit and wait is totally beyond me.
Robin: Please understand that there is nothing else that I, as a support team member, am able to do more than forward the the matter to the Finance Team
