Louis Cyphre: All I am hearing here is that you have no idea when and if I ever get my money.
Louis Cyphre: This is not a trivial sum of money that we are talking about here.
Louis Cyphre: How you can seriously expect me to just sit and wait is totally beyond me.

I don't know why people continue to talk to live support. They don't know anything. or just can't say anything.

I also had a long chat with Robin today on support and she/he was the most useless support member yet. At least the rest have given me the decency of lying and given numerous apologies and assurances that the money is on the way. just delayed. Robin however couldnt even be arsed to do that, got very narky very quickly and went along the usual line of "i can do nothing but e-mail the finance team" then the classic line of "can i help you with anything else?"

Robin also didn't take too kindly to it being pointed out that so far they had been useless and hadn't helped me with my first issue at all as still no payments

Does Eurolinx have anything to do with that $21MM seizure by the US gov't a few weeks ago?

Why is there a sudden withdrawal problem?

Eurolinx's cash flow problems are not related to the government seizure of funds a few weeks back that I believe belonged to FTP.

In addition to the time frames not matching up, Eurolinx itself has confirmed many times that the US government seizure of poker funds was in no way related to them.

As to why they are having withdrawal problems, one can only speculate...

I think we should wait a reasonable length of time (say a week) before adding withdrawals to the list. There is no point adding every withdrawal to the list before they actually become delayed.

I would suggest that everybody with a delayed withdrawal should contact their affiliate. The affiliates have a bit more power than individuals, and have their own reputations at stake to an extent. They can also threaten to withdraw advertising if necessary.

i got my cash 2 days later to my moneybookers account.
they dont want to **** with high volume players/affiliates.

I did have a successful withdrawal from 06/25. $2000 to Neteller, took about 3 weeks and came through on the same day that I sent an angry e-mail to the VIP rep.

Just to sign in and say that my moneybookers withdraw (~$300) is pending for days. Last time I played at Eurolinx, about year ago there were no problems. I will never deposit there again.

Betonbet, 9k€ (=$13k) total, 2.5k€ and 3.5k€ from 6th of july and 3k€ 2nd of august. All to moneybookers, all still pending. The rest of my networth is in a bank account i cant access for another six months (transferred them there and smoothly came home to read this thread, fml) and i'm borrowing money so i get to play now so kinda needing the money. Have emailed the finance team threatening with lawyers, no answers.
