The sportsbook states that their operation is licensed under the Lotteries and Gaming Authorities (LGA) of Malta, however it is actually licensed under OddsMatrix, a turnkey whitelabel platform that provides software and processing for those without their own resources. OddsMatrix states that is will assist if a licensee user has a problem.

OddsMatrix Ltd of Vincenti Buildings, Suite 713, 14/19 Strait Street, Valletta is a limited liability company registered in Malta (Registration Number: C44411), a member of the EU since May 2004, that operates under regulation and license from the Lotteries & Gaming Authority of Malta, license no: LGA/CL2/497/2008 issued on 3 February, 2009.

OddsMatrix has seemingly tried to hide their relationship with betonbet following SBR's request for assistance with payout complaints. Players are advised to contact OddsMatrix directly at 44 797 628 7560 for information on their withdrawal. OddsMatrix's Jesper Ramskov Jensen told SBR that they hold player funds:
"We do not have any stakes in any of the sites where the sports book is offered, nor do we operate our own brand. However, in case of the operators using our license, we hold the players sportsbooks funds in case of any break downs."

On July 21st SBR reported the relationship between OddsMatrix and betonbet (SBR rating D-). The COO of OddsMatrix, Jesper Ramskov Jensen, contacted SBR stating that OddsMatrix stands by player balances for sportsbooks listed on OddsMatrix's references page. On July 29th the CEO of OddsMatrix and founder of betonbet Stian Hornsletten stated Jesper’s comments were incorrect, stating that betonbet is provided only sportsbook software and not a full turnkey solution. OddsMatrix CEO Stian Hornsletten states that they sold betonbet in January of 2009 to the Linx Media Group, which currently operates Eurolinx, betonbet, and LinxCasino. Players are advised to use extreme caution at any Linx-based sportsbooks or casinos until payment complaints are addressed.

That was how I interpreted that poster's comment. On re-reading it, I find that he sounds a bit like a shill, and I have lost all confidence in it so you are probably right.

You must clear a certain amount of raked hands for the bonus's to be deposited into your account but i was given $500 as compensation for the withdrawal issues. I had taken all my money out the account a month ago so i assume they are trying to get me playing with them again.

I cant withdraw the $500 until i've played 6,000 hands but there is nothing stopping me from losing it to another skin without raking much. (Thats probably what will happen as going to try spinning it up as whats the point in grinding if when you win you don't get paid out)

To go back to the start of the thread, YES there are numerous complaints about payment (an support) at Eorulinx and BetonBet.

As a casual observer of the online betting/poker business I have repeatedly been made aware about the situation players are experiencing here.

Firstly, it's a joke the EL is not paying up. They're making up excuses about banking problems, wires taking ages, increased security checks etc.
Anyone who has had a "piggybank" account or more at their local bank knows that EL is only making excuses and lies.
And last year BetonBet had quick payouts.
Also NOTE that Eurolinx is very reserved about naming the bank and bank officers in question; has any players contacted the bank for an explanation?

Customer servise: Is this a service at all? Formerly, the BetonBet live support was swift and of good assistance. These days, slow replies and "machine" answers are the norm; "there are delays", "contact the finance team" etc.
If the "finance team" did their job in the first place there would be no reason to contact them at all in most cases!

From surfing a bit, it seems that the EL and BetonBet names are hold in low and lesses regard:
http://forum.sbrforum.com/sportsbook...et-crooks.html
"Betonbet! Crooks!"

And note this link:
http://www.sportsbookreview.com/News...-628-7560.aspx
"OddsMatrix has seemingly tried to hide their relationship with BetOnBet following SBR's request for assistance with payout complaints."

Sportsbookreview has selveral articles about BoB and EL which should warn people:
http://www.sportsbookreview.com/sbr/betonbet/
"betonbet enters the SBR rating guide at D SBR first reported on betonbet payout complaints July 14th."
"More betonbet Warning Signs"
"betonbet update; sister sportsbook Eurolinx enters SBR rating guide at D-"
"betonbet (unrated) complaints pile in to SBR mailbox"

BetonBet and Eurolinx sounds nasty at SBR!!!

BetonBet say 1-5 days for withdrawals on their website, support staff hve been told about this, but nothing happens, still slow payaouts despite the website stating otherwise.
What's the deal for staff anyways? Will they just continue the "lies and excuses" until they're let go?
Or will in fact the company soon be regarded as solid, quick and reliable?
Who knows?

One can only make a bet on it, and judging by the level of "support" and all the slow payments nobody should be shocked if things for EL and customers get worse still ...... I hope members of the bettign communiy support the honest and fastworking companies and spread the word about what sites and companies should be avoided!

Good luck to everybody honest who is involved!

A poster from another forum said they received their funds after complaining to a Manager about sending a formal complaint to whoever holds their gaming licence, thought I'd give it a shot - FML!

Tony: Hello. How may I assist you?
Me: Hello, I am still waiting on a cash out from June 20th, why do I have to wait this long?
Tony: We apologize for the inconvenience this delay may be causing.
Tony: Please contact the Finance Team directly, to clear any questions about your withdrawal. They can be reached at bank@eurolinx.com.
Me: Can I speak with a Manager please?
Tony: This is not possible I'm afraid.
Tony: Your withdrawal issue can be dealt with through bank@eurolinx.com
Me: Ok where can I make a formale complaint to and who holds your gaming licence?
Me: I would like to contact them directly please

Tony: Kindly hold on for a moment. Thank you.
Tony: These questions will be dealt with through bank@eurolinx.com. Our Finance Team will assist you with any questions you might have.
Me: Thanks but who holds your gaming licence, I would like to contact them directly please
Tony: Please ask this question through bank@eurolinx.com
Tony: Thank you.
Me: Why can't you answer who holds your licence?
Me: I'm not talking about finance matters, I just want to know who holds your licence?
Me: I would like to make a formal complaint there please

Tony: I understand. However, your question is related to the withdrawal issue. Your licence related question will be dealt with through bank@eurolinx.com, rest assured.
Me: Tony - is there anyone who is your supervisor there?
Tony: They will tell you the same.
Me: I honestly don't have faith in the bank replying to me.
Me: How can you not just tell me who holds your licence? I honestly don't get this.

Tony: I will send a personal reminder to them that you have asked this question.
Tony: It will be dealt with accordingly.
Me: Please explaing why you can't imform me?
Me: explain*

Tony: The procedure is that your question is answered through bank@eurolinx.com
Tony: I am not making this up to annoy you.
Me: I believe you, but I don't get why you can't just tell me right now? Its confusing and scary all at once!
Tony: I will make sure our Finance Team sees this request.
Tony: What I can also tell you is that all transactions will be paid.
Tony: The money is yours. It is beyond doubt that you will receive your funds.
Me: I've been told that for over a month now, starting to think it won't happen.
Me: Can you just let me hear it from a Supervisor about the licence question, thanks.

Tony: If this were possible I would have transferred this conversation already.
Me: sigh - alright take care bye

Yeah, I got that one too. I'll believe it when I see it. It looks to me as though they have just created another layer of excuses and obfuscation. I'd be surprised if the "bank@eurolinx" address is actually answered by anyone connected with the finance team.

Tania: I understand your concern, howver We do not have access to those information.
Tania: Be sure that we are not broke and that you will get your money.

Me: Tania is there a Supervisor there?

Tania: There is no manager available right now, however they do not assist players by chat.

Chat InformationChat session has been terminated by the site operator.

How do we contact their license holder? It is has been obvious for a long time now that they are broke. We have to take action with their license holder to secure our money. Who do we contact? Maybe microgaming can help us also.

So things are happening?
Compared to how things ought to be and how things are in any decent company, this is simply appalling.

Is the race on now to try to get any withdrawal at all before EL/BoB/Remme are outed as bust and broke?

Waiting 2 months and then receiving a part of the payment after contacing someone in person seems excessive.

What did Remme say? And can you imagine what he has told others?

One can contiune to be amazed by "support staff" as well, they seem to lack the simplest kinds of information, and only want to refer questions to the "Finance Team".
Again, if the "Finance Team" did their job in the first place there should be no need for players to contact them at all.

Any opinions on what's actualle the deal with support staff? Are they under the spell and lies of management, are they just not realizing what's going on or are they also in on what is looking more and more like a complete scam?

I also note that there is no official statement about the real reason for the delays. If actually banking and security "problems" were the reason, then those responsible should be named and substituted.
Seems all is a bunch of lies anyways.
Are there NUMBERS showing how many players are waiting for money?

The delayed payments are disgusting, and the way "support" comes up with excuses and won't answer direct questions makes people feel sick and EL look like nothing more than a joke and a swindle.
What is the moral and dignity of those working there?

Has anybody reported the the Malta gaming authority?

Time will show just how miserable things will become.

Although I sympathize with all of you who are in the same boat as me(obv some ppl are more affected than others), I am not 100% comfortable giving out his phone #. I don't step on the wrong foot before I get all my money.

Like LouisCyphre mentioned in one of his posts, I kept insisting on talking to someone in charge. After a while, Jo Remme contacted me with an email and that email contained his phone #.

I am sorry I can't be more of a help.
