Does anyone have any experience if the status change to Approved means anything at all?

Usually when the status goes from Pending to Approved it takes 2 working days to reach my bank account. If its taken more than a week for you i would contact then as soon as possible about it. Sounds worrying.

i assume u mean it moved from the "point where you can cancel it in the bank section" rather than "completed"?

im waiting on less than 10k from 2 deposits. both requested over 30 days ago; good luck with the 100k.

im still hoping i can tell you guys i recived it as i have been told 2 times in the last 12 business days that its already been sent on EL's end... this is getting bad.

My wire is always listed as 'completed' shortly after requested. They tell me this just means its done on their end. My late march wire took about a month to arrive, and i'm still waiting on 20k from 5/22. I wouldn't worry about the 'approved' or 'completed' listing much, although it is a little disconcerting when your account lists it as completed and the money is basically in limbo for months.

I have been waiting over 20 days for 5k. I sent the finance team an email and this is what they answered..

Thank you for contacting us.

We are very sorry that we have delay in processing your withdrawal made on the 28th June via Neteller. The situation is only temporary because we have had an unusally high number of withdrawals that in combination with increased security checks have caused a backlog and delays throughout the system.

Rest assured that your money is safe and will be with you as soon as possible. We are working as hard as we can on clearing all withdrawals. At the moment I cannot give you an exact date of when you will receive the money but as soon as I have more information about your case I will email you.

We thank you for your patience and apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Please feel free to contact us again if you have any additional questions.

Kind regards,

Kevin

Have wait 2 month now, got this .

Thank you for contacting us.

We are aware of the forum thread and most of the delays occurred due to payment processor issues we experienced in May/ June. The problem has now been fixed, however, we have some withdrawal backlog to deal with. That is why your withdrawal was not able to process on time.

We are very sorry for the delay in your withdrawal. Unfortunately, I cannot confirm a time or date for when you will receive the funds since there is a number of delayed withdrawals and I do not want to make promises I can't keep.

Please be assured that you will receive your delayed withdrawal and I will ask our finance team to expedite it for you. I will also email you as soon as I have information or a date to share with you.

We thank you for your patience, please accept our sincere apologies for the delay and for any inconvenience caused.

Kind Regards,

Lily

This.

At least EL is being more honest now.

Sounds like a good ol' fasioned "bank run" situation. There was the DOJ seizure of player funds so everyone panicked and withdrew lots of money (including from EL); they didn't receive their money when they were used to getting it, causing further panic, and the snowball has continued down the hill ever since.

Slow withdrawals began before doj seized anything. Eurolinx is either broke or shady. It's a shame bc EL was a great site before all this.

Yes, but the DOJ seizure caused a panic making the whole situation exponentially worse.

I may not be a respected poster, but as far as being a respected online poker player, I think I would qualify. That being said I have some great news. I have been waiting on a 40k withdrawal since April 23rd, and today after speaking with Jo Remme, received 10k of that withdrawal from Eurolinx.

I believe they are legitimately trying to resolve the issue, it is just taking a massive amount of time. For what it is worth, I had almost the identical problem, perhaps not quite as bad, with Bodog about a year ago. Where they had major cash flow issues, and so I cashed out, it took literally over 6 months for my balance to be received, and shortly thereafter I hear Bodog is now paying out faster than anybody!

So yea this situation sucks, but I believe Eurolinx is legitimately trying to fix it.

I am waiting for a $10000 Neteller and two bank wire ($17k each) withdrawals made on June 1st (50 days).
The Neteller withdrawal has status "pending". The bank wire is supposed to be "completed".

i'm not sure getting 10k/40k is that good of news other then the fact that you got something. if the issues have supposedly been resolved, why didn't you get the whole thing? i have trouble believing they are not juggling money.

New conversation:

Now they came up with a new deposit bonus of 100%. I figured since i cant take y money i´d use this bonus for the money i´m trying to withdraw. At leats i´d be able to get 6 more months in stox and maybe i can withdraw in the future:

Please wait for a site operator to respond.

Robin: Yes, that's correct
kalilgui@yahoo.com.br: if i cancel my withdraw can i have the bonus?

kalilgui@yahoo.com.br: If i cant withdraw my money to redeposit how shold i be able to do that?
Robin: I can see that you make a good point. I will forward the case to the correct department. Maybe there will be a change in the future.
