Late March (number) withdrawal completed $20,000.00 Withdrawal via Bank Wire / Credit Card

This withdraw still hasn't been received. I have contacted live support roughly a half dozen times for a status update on this account and every time I am assured it will soon arrive (over the course of maybe 10-12 weeks). Every time the live support memeber claims they are talking to the finance team, and I beg for an email response from the finance team to confirm the situation, but every time I am ignored and forced to wait a week and then go back to contacting live support.

I am posting here hoping that one of the EL reps that browse this forum can do something to help me.

Thanks,

Ryan

Interesting. I got my 25k withdrawal from 3/18. Took about a month. That was my last successful withdrawal. I've been waiting on 20k since 5/22. I think all the cashout posts are legitimate, with the possible exception of the one guy who has never posted before anywhere.

Any news about the cash outs? I just traded 10,500 linx points for 7 months of stoxpoker.com subscription, which is worth ~$250 probably. Got it in 2 days without problems. So why aren't cashouts being proceeded then? Or have they begun proceeding them?

item orders from the shops are also processed absolutely normally, and I was also wondering how this could be as they surely have to pay for an ipod of course.

with having sad that i am also waiting for my cash withdraw

Not processed normally for me it says "There was a problem connecting to the server, please try again later.".

I would assume they buy a bunch of electronics at bulk prices and don't send a guy down to Futureshop when you buy something from the store. This would explain quick store purchases.

They have stop "selling" Stoxpoker memberships, i try to buy one yesterday and was canceled by support. They told me that the item was not supposed to be at the shop anymore and when eventually they start selling it again it will be with a different price (more expensive).

The only item that had any value in that shop... bah! Now the linxpoints are worthless IMO!

Btw, the rake race (RTR) money from June was not payed yet.

Then cassete was right, they probably had bought a bunch of memberships and handed them out, now they're not buying new ones. At least I got ~$250 outta there..

so pitty. stox membership was indeed the single most valueable thing on that store.

i got 7months but i should have bought another six.

pitty.

so ure saying that the site has no cash liability now?

...

oke. quizz question:

HOW CAN A POKER SITE LOSE MONEY?

i just don't get it.

that's why, i think the problem is not money but the ability to send them. for some reason.

i do hope support is honest when they say it will be repaired. but who knows..

a site loses money

when
a) they have to pay the provider a significant cut of rake
b) processing fees for deposits withdrawal
c) staff costs
d) player rewards
total is more than rake recieved

or if they use the player funds to try and make money via investments and lose money.

alright i requested a swift wire withdrawal at about 1 am est (ohio). i will keep all posted on status. jackie from vip has been amazing in terms of cust support. i am testing the water. i like the site and cust suport, but slow payouts are scary and would make me concerned about the health of the site.

The linxpoints still have a very good value when spent in MTT's.

sick, do you work for Eurolinx? the negativity is well warranted. Can you imagine the panic if withdrawals were often taking 2-3 months on Stars?

Ya can a Mod check where this guys posting from. Dude seriously people have been waiting for a lot of money for a LONG time and you wonder why there's negativity? If you don't get that well you are pretty much a Ra-tard!

How about you buy it at the standard wig?

guys.

i don't work for eurolinx. and am in no way affiliate with them.

sincerily i've been waiting for an withdrawal for a long time myself [ that's how i got to this thread] but of course, alot less money.

the idea here is: the negativity can't help anyone. i'm sorry if you don't agree with me but i'm just as worried as anyone else but worrying all day doesn't help me or anyone. hoping everything will work out on the other hand might not help much either but sure can;'t hurt!

what's the point to buy it as a standard wig? he says they're play money so he must be happy to get 500$ REAL money on them right?
i kind of joked about that offer. all i wanted to point out is that having this attitude won't help anyone.

we're a bunch of people here united under the same problem. why can't we all get along?

@cassette: yeah, i imagine the panic. but comparing stars with eurolinx is kind of pointless IMO.

@all apologies: lol. sure mods. check me out.

oke. given the attitudes i get from you i'll stop posting unless is strictly withdrawal-linked. just because i try to keep a positive mindset i'm being shot down and accused to work with eurolinx. i just don't get it. maybe I AM an Ra-tard. whatevert his means.

peace.
