**MOD EDIT: Pic removed at OP's request due to screen name visibility. Pic showed that Poker Stars flipped the numbers of the agreement, giving the larger amount to the player in second. OP agreed as he didn't notice until after the fact. Stars resolved the situation, as can be seen in the last post.

I was too tired to play anymore so we decided to make a deal. I had x4 more chips than my opponent. Then Administrator came and did fantastic deal...(but nor for me) When i saw 2300$ i instantly said I agree. I lost 500$ because of administrator mistake... Well done HostMarijaJ.

How can i trust pokerstars after this ?

Are you stupid? The other guy asked can I get 2300 and you said ok and he agreed. After that the numbers changed and you agreed again. Don't blame ps because you can't make smart decisions.

I am the guy who asked for 2300 instead of 2270...

Yeah, it's a mistake, but it's a mistake which is pretty much in line with what Stars-Support has become since the Amaya-takeover. Probably they fired everyone with the slightest evidence of competence and replaced him with a cheap and clueless worker which on top is even not motivated to do his job.

Hope OP gets his money, if not this would be an outright scandal.
