Jo Remme sent me an email last Thursday that I should have my wire(from April 21) within 2-3 banking days and I should also get withdrawal to MB(from May 19) very soon. I just got the MB withdrawal and I am hoping to get the wire today or tomorrow.

Just received my $3k Quicktender withdrawal today, originally requested on 5/20. Confidence is restored for the moment, but I'm still very pissed/disappointed about the way they handled this. Communication is the key in a situation like this (if anyone from Eurolinx is reading this).

I hope everyone else gets their funds quickly, and that going forward Eurolinx will not let their players down again.

how much was yours for and where are you from? if it does come through in the next few days that means yours was about 7 weeks behind.

If this actually is just a temporary problem, then they have handled it in just about the worst way possible. Even if everybody gets all their withdrawals now, most people here will be very reluctant to play there in future, and at the very least will keep a minimum of money on the site.

Take this for what it's worth, but I emailed my VIP manager earlier today. I just got a reply, which would be pretty early in their day there. Gave me a similar response to what many of you have received - trouble with processors, need some time to deal with the backlog, etc. I'm told they aren't responding ITT as they would prefer to treat each case individually. I'm not condemning or endorsing this approach, but that's what they told me.

Eurolinx has always been top-notch with their CS, so I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt here. But then I only made my Moneybookers withdrawal early last week. I might feel differently if I'd been waiting a few weeks.

Hopefully this all gets cleared up soon.

The irony of this is that they aren't treating each case individually - they just copy and paste the same response to every query. To me it sounds as though customer support has no idea what is going on either.

In their defence, I was told that she'd look into my withdrawal and let me know when there was an update on it, so I do feel I am being looked after as an individual.

Still, no question this could be handled better. Especially by a normally a+ outfit like EL.

Just got another update, I'm told they will process my withdrawal next Friday. Sounded fine until it dawned on me that she said "next" and not "this". Just emailed her back to see if I'm waiting 3 days or 10.

I have recived emailed from jackie in the last 24; however if you sent her somthing pertaining to withdrawing its not here issue an im sure she fwd it on.

it is complete bs the run around i have been given by the low-level techs, from it being security issues affecting the "greater player pool", to we will run a tracer blah blah blah and no follow ups....

that being said

i recieved my 5700 WIRE wd (to the USA), from 5-18 today..... June 9th 7am.
16 business days, 21 days total give or take....

While this length is insane compared to a 48hrs FTP transfer, it is not that far outside the window of normallcy and I will cut them some slack..

And also they were very reassuring that it had been sent on there end and should "be there soon"... this is in the last week in the chats i have had with them. so i guess thats a good thing

I just checked my bank account and the wire withdrawal I made on April 21st has arrived. It has been very frustrating to wait for my money so long but they gave me the exchange rate at the time of withdrawal(it was around 1.24 then compared to about 1.1 now) That being said, I hope to receive my money in prompt fashion in the future.

That's exactly it, I've been playing at Eurolinx for the last 1.5 years and their customer service has always been top notch and withdrawals very fast and reliable (e-wallet, not sure about wires). So for them to just out of the blue start having problems with withdrawals and on top of that completely mishandle customer service was very unexpected and troubling.

If they didn't want to make a public statement in the forums I suppose I could understand that (although I staunchly believe this is a big mistake with far reaching, damaging consequences to their player base/buisness), but at the very least they could have sent out an email to all affected players honestly explaining the issue and maybe give some sort of timeline on when it would be resolved.

But instead they stayed silent and their customer service reps gave out misinformation saying it was due to security checks or some other bs. This behavior looks very suspicious and as a player there's nothing worse than not having access to your funds and not knowing if your funds are safe, especially when dealing with a Microgaming hosted room who also hosted the infamous Tusk rooms.

Nice to come home today and read here. People starting to get money and i have also got my money, $36 000 requested April 20. So now I'm very happy.

I also talked to the manager and he could guarantee me this was the last time it would take so long for a whitdrawal. I think I and other players who been waiting has a lot of goodwill there now, and this situation will probably never happen again.
