So I have regained my confidence in Eurolinx for the time being. As I am leaving for Las Vegas I have cashed out the rest of my bankroll. I'll let you know how that goes.
Any indication as to what's causing the big delays?

i figure it's my civic duty to 2p2 to state that i've been waiting on a $1k withdraw submitted on 5/1 and a $700 withdraw submitted on 5/14 ;[

I'm waiting on a withdrawal from 5/5 via moneygram. I've emailed them 3 times with no response except for 'this will be forwarded to our financial team.' Back in Jan moneygrams were received within 72 hours of withdrawal request. After reading Louis post im confident I will get my money eventually... I'm done with eurolinx after that.

FYI i live in USA

Here is what scares me about this situation. If Eurolinx was having a payment processor problem, wouldn't that only affect bank wires? They're having the same problems with every type of withdrawal service. Moneybookers is just a Netteller-like service, correct? Why would anything be wrong with those cashouts?

I'm an American still waiting on a 4/25 withdrawal by the way.

Looks like I'm not going to Vegas this year. Was going to be my first time and I was very excited about it. Waiting for wire since 5/1. This sucks.

I've alerted them to this thread several times (as I'm sure others have) and told them it would probably be in their best interest to make some sort of formal response/explanation.

I'm still waiting on a $3K Quicktender withdrawal, requested on 5/20. Hopefully they are not going the way of Tusk, their silence leads me to believe they probably are experiencing liquidity issues - and I'm sure this thread is probably making things worse in that respect.

Can any Euro players confirm they're currently able to withdrawal normally? This would support that the alleged US processor issues are the cause of delays rather than illiquidity.

I'm euro and I requested a moneybookers withdrawal of 6k about a week ago. Have not received the funds yet.

The story is that this only affects players with accounts in USD, and the geographical location is of no relevance. FWIW I have a EUR-account and withdrew my balance in early May with no problems.

I explained to him that counted on the 04/13 withdrawal because I intended to use the money for the WSOP. He offered to meet me tomorrow night (I live in Malta) and give it to me in cash. I hope that works out. He also told that I will get last week's Neteller withdrawal within 24h and possibly within the next few minutes which turned out to be true.
Omg....
Im a Europeanplayer with netelleraccount in $.
I made a withdrawal on 05/17.I spoke a lot of times with the support.Nothing changes. Now i saw this thread here. And i im worried about my money.I must fly to Portugal at 13.June and i need the money from my Eurolinxaccount to make this trip.
One point makes me thinking positive that the managing director told the truth. On 05/24 i spoke the first time with a supporter about my withdrawal. She said, that she will inform the financial department to make the withdrawal faster.Next day i look at my Eurolinxaccount and there was no more pending status for the withdrawal in the transactionhistory.I thought:"great,my money is on netelleraccount"
A few days later I have a look at my netelleraccount an there was no money there and in the transactionhistory on Eurolinx my withdrawal return to pending status...
wtf

It was Linx Casino, but they are the same. It says eurolinx on the moneybookers statement.

This is a serious concern. Has anyone had a successful withdrawal apart from those mentioned so far? Any Australian players having problems (or not)?

Ok, sort of an answer to my own question: I withdrew $1700 on April 30th. It hit my NETELLER account on May 4th. I'll do another modest withdrawal now and see what happens.

Here's what one live chat rep told me when asked about why withdrawals are taking so long:

"Yes we do have few players experience longer. Either they have provided us the wrong bank details, or our bank is very strict on big amount withdraw, they will take longer time to check, to ensure there is no money laundering."

part of the deal when playing on scummy sites...higher likelihood of getting jerked around.

that said i'm going to go ahead and start a withdrawal now so maybe i'll get it by this mid july.

Yeah, because every one of us in this thread happened to supply them with wrong bank information. And everyone of us are withdrawing big enough amounts to warrant security checks. I guess management didn't tell this particular support rep. the typical, "just tell them it's a payment processor issue to shut them up for now"

It seems like it has to be a liquidity issue. I don't see how this one site is experiencing payment processor issues, when it appears there are dozens of other sites paying out people just fine. Don't a lot of these processing companies deal with the same poker sites?
Does anyone have prior experience with sites that were potentially suffering from liquidity problems? Did they end up getting paid?
