Do you mean that the total amount of VPPs paid out is higher? Or just that when you're playing them you get VPPs on more hands?

VPPs are paid out based on your contribution to the hand. With ante games you're paying into the pot / rake on every hand, so you'll get some VPPs on more hands...

Am I misunderstanding your question? Maybe giving some examples of what you mean (actual numbers) would help...

I am saying that in the ante game I get more vpps per hand than in the non ante games. so 5,261 hands in the ante game got me 141.29 vpps while 10,839 hands in the non ante game got me 140.75

Interesting - I'd suggest checking your other stats - VPIP, avg pot, etc. My understanding is that the formula is identical between the two, so it's entirely how much you're contributing to the rake that determines VPP. So if you're getting double the VPPs, you'd be contributing twice the amount to rake.

So either you're playing more pots, or you're playing bigger pots...

this should be pretty obvious, ur earning vpps on every hand in the ante game whereas folded hands outside the blinds in non-ante get 0 vpps
