I've had to request a withdrawal 4 different times now from full flush. Each time it has been declined because they need another form filled out. I even had to fill out the wire request form twice.

I'm now waiting on a wire withdrawal for $1250 since 1/2/2015 with no word as to whether it is being processed.

Maybe I'm being a little panicky because I got screwed by lock but this site doesn't exactly seem on the up and up..

anyone else get a generic email today regarding cashouts? basically says volume is high since holiday season is over, and makes it sound like mine will be delayed..its MG for 3rd time, other two had reasonable speeds

Post Black Friday it is not uncommon to see poker, casino, and sportsbook sites slow down in payment speeds starting in December and lasting through a few weeks after the Superbowl.

I suspect it has to do with processing channels (remember, they all use 3rd party processors) clogging up.

was doing some research today on full flush poker and i gotta tell you that i am appalled by a guy waiting for a neteller payout since january 26. i went on the full flush poker live chat to talk to a guy named vlad and i cannot believe how defensive that he was. I know most people in this thread won't say as much about full flush poker but stuff like this causes me to never want to play at full flush poker. vlad told me 72 business hours is the time that it takes to get a payout, i have never heard of anyone in the sportsbook industry which is what i am more familiar with use the term "72 business hours" like that which equals to 9 business days since he says 8 hours are in 1 business day when i asked him. when i started to talk about this thread on the internet and getting a little deeper, that's when he started bringing up the fact that skrill and neteller are taking longer but that since i am in the usa i won't have to worry about that. Well to me it doesn't matter if it doesn't have anything to do with me, the fact of the matter is that this is a reflection on how full flush poker is treating a customer. And if they are doing it to 1 customer like this, they are doing it to many others that we don't know about.

i don't know much about the poker industry as much but i am learning. i can tell you i have been in the sportsbook industry for over 15 years getting payouts and doing deposits.... 9 business days is totally unacceptable of a wait time let alone someone waiting for a neteller payout since january 26. Many of these sportsbooks that i trust also have poker connected so that's how i've gotten into poker a little more lately.

i hope everyone in here gets their payouts but hearing cases like this against full flush poker to me means that full flush poker does not deserve to get more business. to me they deserve to lose their business and let other poker sites out there grow because they have much better customer service. Yes to me a 9 business day turnaround time to get a withdrawal is horrible customer service. i'd be willing to help people find better places to play just like i just joined this site to get to know poker a lot better, thank you for reading.
