Hi guys!

Recently I withdrew 10k from partypoker to my entropay account. The money arrived to my entropay, which took a 1.95% (195 dollars) fee on the entire amount. Is this normal for entropay?

Furthermore, they only allowed me to keep 7k in the card making me have to pay 15 USD for withdrawals twice (once for the initial 7k, before they would process the remaining 2.8k into the card for the 2nd withdrawal).

I checked skrill & neteller but they do not seem to take a fee from merchant payments to accounts.

Firstly, did i just screw myself of 195+15 (Partypoker said fees to withdraw Entropay is 0, but i guess it's only for their end)? I should have checked more carefully, but entropay's "fee schedule" on their site links to nowhere.

Secondly, does neteller or skrill have any fees related to cashing out (apart from the nominal bank withdrawal fee) from poker/casino sites that I should know about (so I don't have any nasty surprises)?

I actually saw that fee outline from entropay but I didn't think cashouts would be considered 3rd party fundings (how stupid of me).

Their in-account support Q&A's "receiving money" fee outline just linked to a broken page, and they didn't reply to several support messages from me asking about any withdrawal fees. Should have done more homework before withdrawal.

Guess I learned my lesson. Luckily it was only 200 off the top!

yes its important to check out ur options so u dont get hit w too much fees as u have already discovered
