i got sick of waiting to. you can go to your nearest currency exchange and get a ALL ACCESS VISA gift card and it works. there is a 4.95 processing fee but it was worth it to me. however, i've been hearing that peoples requests to cash out haven't been going through either so it might be a waste of money....

That was for bounced checks. Echecks (umm THIS thread) are still all in limbo.

anyone in the same situation as me....i cashed out on 5/31 and was approved on 6/1.
money has yet to hit my account and stars is giving me the run around. i wish they would look for the problem instead of letting it pop up....any input would be great..

so annoying. pretty sure it is getting refunded too. i wish they would just attack the problem instead of waiting for their grace period to finish. i feel like all of stars support is sitting in a circle praying for the problem to go away

Question is, does the money leave pokerstars when an echeck is sent?

I could be wrong but the money from a check probably wouldn't leave pokerstars until the check is actually cashed right? This is why they can credit the money back so easily, because they still have it. Whereas the echecks are stuck somewhere in the middle and pokerstars cannot credit us those funds without taking a large loss.

Just my speculation... dont know how it actually works

To MicroBob's Cat. I just sent a pleasant letter to PS asking for an update. It is my first email to them about my 6/1 cashout. I waited till now as they were supposed to have news tonight but nada. If I have any news I will let you know and you can tell MB.

waq i'm in the same boat. its ****** ridiculous. i've emailed them like three times over the course of the week and they haven't even ackowledged there is a problem with echeck cashouts. if you look in the full tilt echeck (bankxfer thread) you will see they got refunded today for the same time period. stars promised me an answer by monday night and its getting pretty close to midnight. at least acknowledge the problem ffs

this is alll your fault then.

Stars got mad at you for trying to move your roll and accidentally doomswitched the entire interwebz (yeah, they were THAT pissed), the processor got mad at all online poker sites for stars ruining said interwebz now, no one can get paid from anywhere

I dont know what the hell is going on.. All I know is that I made an echeck deposit on the 27th and the money came out of my account the very next business day obv.. And now my echeck withdrawal requested on the 2nd has not hit my account.. No word from Stars no reply nothing. While same echeck withdrawal from FTP on same day also has not hit my account.. But I at least got a response from them saying there was issues and money would be credited back within 24 hours.. Im not counting on it.. So glad I dont put alot of money on these rigged sites.. OH well. GG money..
