yeah if one fails i would try the other, but their already giving me another option, but yeah its not that the check bounced the teller said they just cant cash from this company so idk idc just want my $.... my check did come in just 8 days tho :/

i think if you run up more than like 3k at a time your screwed, but if your just making withdrawls of 1-3k your alright, makes it hard to play high, i would be horrified if i had more than 4k on this site

Is anyone playing on the network right now? I am waiting for a pending withdrawal (3 weeks now, which is not unusual); however I just logged on and was shocked to see that there was like NO players playing (.50/1, and 1/2 nl). This worries me VERY much.

The poker cashier is disconnected so BetOnline players cannot make a transfer to the poker room. It rashed the network's traffic.

just picked up my check and cashed it! tbh really surprised right now that they actually paid, though it was just a trial run check (min cashout $500). Trial run still failed by betonline.

cashed it at pnc bank. Didnt notice definite payments ink check had pnc letterhead an said money order not valid over$1000. Hope you're able to work it out

no i play a lot of llsnl/mtts as well so betonline was the first site i checked out recently. needless to say will not be going back there. moving on to lock now, at least they have decent guarantees. wasn't able to play there until they moved to cake/revolution (?) as i'm from NY.

reezo, i'd recommend reading the sticky in the internet poker forum re: where US players can play if you haven't. It hasn't been updated for awhile, but still seems helpful in determining where you can play depending on where you're from. GL

Just downloaded Lock, played some play money games, software seems ok, not great, might make a small deposit there, but their are plenty of nightmare stories about them too :/

Ditto, I tried to make a small deposit. Instead of putting it directly in the poker account it put it into the sports book. Then it would not let me transfer. After attempting to use the Online help and getting told to try back later I called.

The first 4 times I called they litter ally picked up and all I heard was "Click." Finally got an answer the 5th time and they were extremly unprofessional. They explained that the site was undergoing fixes and was expected to be down the next 48 hours.

4 days later... Still would not let me transfer. I call they say it is taking longer than expected... (No sh!@$). I requested they remove my deposit and refund it. They explained that I will not have to wait 2-3 weeks to see the refund. I received an email yesterday saying it was being processed.(4 days later).

End SUM... Dont use Betonline...Horrible. I've been playing Micro-stakes at Intertops and thus far it hasn't been horrible. The server seems a little slow at times, but other than that better service than Betonline.

yepp i read it already, i had lock but im going to play on black chip. use to live in NYC to, now im in FL so im all good

seems like they are down for 48 hr every other month, and their live call in CS team is a bunch of @holes!!
