I'm worried about my cashout. I did the cashout the black friday and I didn't get my money. There is no mail answer and I'm a little annoyed because of that.

I continue playing as if nothing happened but I start to ask to me if I'm playing with real money or chips.

I did a survey in a Spanish poker forum to know who receives his cashout and the used method. I.e. Nobody with FTP account received his money to Neteller. No obstanding, players who did cashout via bank transfer received his funds ok.

So I want to know if you received the money via Neteller/Moneybookers post it with this format

1- Cashout method (Neteller / Moneybookers / Other method )
2- Date and time of cashout request
3- Date and time you receive the money.

Why?, in Spain there are a lot of poker players who use Neteller.

neteller is a great service and the main wallet i use.

I too am interested if it is working with ftp.

Here is what I got from them today....I have been waiting for a $550 FTP to Neteller since Saturday and emailed them last night to chase up. I am in Ireland.
At least a response, so let's see what happens today.

so i guess it's just the uk that has bank transfers or withdrawals back to cards, and hence don't have to pay a third party

+1 my first 2 withdraws (after black friday) have gone through no pbs. i have made another 2 since (trying to keep account small because of the obviou risk) and none of these have been processed yet (4~5 days). it usually takes about 4 min from my ftp account to taking out from the atm with the neteller card.

Since the Spanish bank Santander owns one larger UK banks I would have assumed the Spanish enjoyed the same facilities we do.

I could have used my Visa (In Ireland) but I liked Neteller so I could keep my Bankroll (small one) separate and in US$. I incurred no fees with Neteller and avoided F/Ex fees into/outofff Euros. Also got my withdrawals in the past into Neteller from FTP in less than 24 hrs.

Uk is different because of you don't have to pay fees over your withdraw. In Spain, if you make via bank transfer you have to pay 20%(or more) fee to the Treasury Department.

Yes, but it will be needed in a short future (since this summer more less). Wih the poker regulation they are going to block wallets and the Spanish players only could play against Spanish (like FR and IT).

Well both ftp and stars were instant to neteller so it makes moving money easy.

The atm card is a great way to get money/spend money for a casual player and they have a good wire service.

Also moving between sites is free unlike depositing with some other methods.
