Credit cards in Korea for PS

None of my credit cards work for loading on PS. Even ordered the international card but still won't let me load the money due to gaming site block. Is there any easier way to load money on PS from Korea?

Edit: there's not but someone there might sell you some Stars or help you with neteller.
