there was a line for it, i filled it out.. you're probably right I didn't have to, but I did.
the fraudsters got nothing from me, the $800 charge was denied by the fraud department and they called me immediately and we cancelled the card.
at this point i want to protect everyone else, and get this guy out of there. I'm not blaming merge fully, but they need to do something about this rouge employee and the customers that have been affected need to be compensated for time lost, i've had to cancel my CC and i'm sure i'm not the only one because i've seen tons of posts.
I'm just letting people know that it is not a rouge processor and is coming from the identity verification.
