sorry for the late bump, cant find any info. What about pokerstars.COM though? Portugal or spain are tempting, but I can't access stars.com from there. Same with italy I believe and not sure where else in europe. I also need p2p stars transfer to function, so CZ is out. Turkey also obv banned completely. Does that cover it for europe, and every other country is 100% okay for fully functioning pokerstars play?
Bulgaria shares the .com pool and no taxes on winnings, but p2p transfers are banned.
Living expenses are the lowest in EU though, nature is awesome, girls are very pretty and there is a ton of activities to choose from in the big cities. Greek beaches are a couple of hours away from Sofia as well.
Like Boliver asked, which countries are legally allowed to play with main poker player pool at pokerstars (dot com)? I've contacted pokerstars directly but no response. I've seen a list of prohibited countries which isn't helpful.
The problem is that PokerStars might change their list at any time. For example, last month they abruptly withdrew from Cyprus with little notice. Best to only rely on a list from PokerStars themselves, I think - they're the only people who know their future plans.
Any word on Japan im moving there at end of next month im currently in Italy and we have in country pool. Anyone know about japan?
