Hello. Do you take in players from Norway? I am registered at some other Ipoker skins but could not find my country in the drop down menu at Coral.

Big warning to anyone who wants to play there. I sent documents to cash out my balance and they decided to close my account permanently and confiscate my winnings for no reason at all. I only got my initial deposit back. They keep saying that the document did not "pass the security checks" which is ridiculous. Same reply over and over.

Not sure what to do from here. I read that they are licensed in Gibraltar, is it worth it to make a complaint to them? It's not a lot of money but still ~14 buy-ins.

You realise the regulations and penalties for money laundering are quite severe. I can't see Coral risking their gambling license(s) or 10% of their gross revenue because of your mistake.

I am fully aware of this. However, when I initially sent a screen capture of my bank statement they told me that they would accept a copy of it. If I would have known that they would permanently close my account and confiscate my winnings if I did, I would have tried to find another document.

I also sent 5 other pages from my bank statement and a picture of my VISA card which is also misspelled. The name is not a complete mismatch, just one letter.

I do not understand why they just can't request another document if that is the issue (they won't give me the exact reason so I am just guessing). Similar thing would apply if someone accidentally entered "Stphen" instead of "Stephen" when registering their account. No point in playing at all as the documents will not match the account.

Could you update the leaderboard before tomorrow's last game in the Coral Summer league please?

I played a few games on your Gala client earlier and had some trouble as it is an old version of the new client with a few bugs that have been fixed in the newer Coral client.

Any chance of updating the Gala client?

I should have explained myself better.

The Gala client I have is the new client but is version 16.3.7.5. My main problem was the Twister tables not having a pop up when I won/lost a game making me think I had my full compliment of tables open when some were over.

I think I've only ever played 4 50euro Twisters on Coral but Gala doesn't even have them as it is the new client you had before they were introduced. You also may be missing out on some rake from Gala's casino players who fancy a go at them.

My Coral is 16.5.3.1 and is much better. I just hoped you could hit a button and get Gala to auto update to the same version.

Any news about possibility to return to Finnish market? Though iPoker MTT changes (rake and new tournament schedule) have been terrible, might still want to keep that option open.

Have been booted from tables mid hands 5 times in a 4 hour session.

This is really worrying. Same issues alot of you are reporting. I have also seen other players experiencing same problem on my tables

it is for sure worrying, if they havent sorted it out yet are they ever? this problem they keep saying is ipoker general problem, surely one of the programmers can sort this out. They can be quick enough to cancel games that dont generate enough players they can also change the whole MTT schedule yet they cant sort out discos and updating promos, well promo updates seems to be just coral.
Makes you wonder.... maybe they will get better with the merge with ladbrokes. would also love it if Live chat knew what the hell they were talking about instead of robotic generic responses
