Regarding the new MMT Structure - as always we have received mixed reviews regarding the changes, we did sit with iPoker and discuss this - I personally like the new structure, speaking with other room managers they have received positive feedback from regs - but of course if you guys feel there is something missing - drop me a PM and i will look into this and see if there is anything we can do.

Not sure how much say Coral has in the ipoker schedule but if you can please pass on mine, and others it seems dissatisfaction. I used to be able to play up to ten tournaments at a time on Coral now i can only play 2-3 which is obviously costing you lots of rake. I quite like the deep stacks but you have too many knockouts and too many multi entry games which are not good for anyone in the long run even the operator. And raking rebuys is just a joke especially without any prior notice. Finally you seemed to have removed a fair amount of the overall tournament available during 5pm-12am UK time which I would think was your prime time. I would like to see more tournaments overall in the $5-$50 range with a shorter late reg

I'm only a small stakes player, so for me I haven't got the time for the long haul games and most of the new schedule seems to be "sitting there all day games"
So for me I can't understand why they got rid of the super turbos or even the Turbos. All the great games gone replaced with boring, long haul games for people that have all day to play poker.
Some of us have other things to do guys, cmon!

The issue seems to have been addressed - the leaderboards of the new races awarding €7500 in cash + €5000 in tokens per week are to be updated daily. But the races are now network-wide and are yet scheduled to run for 2 weeks only (Aug 29 - Sep 4, Sep 5 - Sep 11).

Was the decision to pull the Gala and Coral brands out of Russia just a decision of the Ladbrokes-Coral group on its own (which I was expecting to happen sooner or later anyway because Ladbrokes had quit the country on 30.12.2014, way before the merger), or is the entire network going to abandon Russia (like it has just done with Ukraine) if a law amendment prohibiting bank transactions to offshore gambling operators is passed by the Russian parliament this autumn?

I thought the 2 twister races advertised by ipoker were in addition to Coral's own Twister races.

The Summer Rivers ipoker network promo finishes on Sunday 28th August and ipoker always has a network wide promotion, and their Twister races are the replacement.

So can Coral Dan confirm that the Coral Twister races will run for the same two weeks that ipoker runs a network wide similar promotion?

Anyone else who has experienced this issue? When I created my account earlier this year, I had to send in my ID and a proof of address for verification. My ID was accepted but not my bank statement as it was a screen capture (they wanted a copy of it). My account was still open so I could play etc, and I did for a while. I haven't played there now for a few months so I decided to cash out my balance for the time being, and printed my BS took a picture of it and sent. Shortly after I received this email:

"Unfortunately your account or the document you provided failed our security checks, as such, your account is now permanently closed and any remaining balance will be returned to your bank/card within 2 to 5 working days.

Please note that future accounts you open with us will automatically be closed.

Kind Regards

Verification Department"

I already received my initial deposit of €410 to Skrill but not the remaining balance (had ~€670). Not sure what happened or if I will receive the rest of my money. FWIW I have played €10 husngs (5.4% av roi).

Hi there software wont work on my PC- same is true for all ipoker clients- I've allowed for permission for the programme with my firewall- is there a known solution for this issue? Thanks.

If it were me I would uninstall or turn off the firewall(*) then try running your ipoker client to get confirmation that it is the firewall at fault, and if I couldn't fix it I would just install a different firewall.

*I accept no responsibility for anything that may happen to your computer when your firewall is not running. Any hacks which take place are unintentional and entirely coincidental.

I'd love to be able to say something like "Revenge is sweet" followed by an evil laugh, but I'd much rather you could play at any poker site you wanted to unencumbered.

I have been verified by many different poker clients and e-wallets in my time and whenever I have ran into difficulty with document quality they just asked to send in better quality ones.

Your situation is entirely different. They do not refer to document quality but rather say you "failed" their security checks, inferring that something is inherently wrong with your verification attempt.

Same here :P Which is why I thought it was strange. I used to play for a living and have probably verified my account at 15+ sites before.

When I think about it, it might be because my bank miss-spelled my name when I registered. Won't say my real name, but both my bank statement and my bank card says something stupid like "Rger" instead of "Roger". I sent a picture of my bank statement as it was the only proof of address I have, maybe they thought it was fake due to my (stupid) bank's error. I did however send a screen capture from my internet banking before and they did not say anything about the name in that one, and I think I mentioned it.

Anyway, I did not get any action when I tried to sit last week which is why I wanted to cashout. I dont care if they ban me for life I just want my full balance paid out. If not, they better give me a good reason as I know they won't be able to.

If you can generate a PDF statement file (showing your name - after you contact the bank to correct it - and your address) in your internet banking, it will be accepted. Screenshots indeed aren't

With 1 week (3 tournaments) left to go the £10k Summer League you promoted on here has disappeared from the promotions page along with its leaderboard. Updates to the table had become sluggish recently as well, with the last update after the 31st tournament.

ipoker might as well supply coral with that live update feature so the leaderboards get updated better in my opinion. Still great promo tho!

It was stuck for a while so I think it might be hourly updates or something.

The Twister race MTT wont let me or anyone else join, not that I ever managed to cash in it yet.

1500 euro mtt. Total 75 possible players eligible. I'd rather they give all 75 a 20euro ticket to play a Twister. I'd only bubble the MTT anyway.

im sure alot of recs like to differ, i actually like the tournamnet as well, nice as fast structured, fitrs well to the twister demographic

It's Bank holiday today in the UK and Gibraltar too I believe. So I'm guessing the tickets for the freeroll weren't issued. I'm sure Dan will just reschedule it
