^ I think it's a client bug, not a server one. The new client used to crash in some unknown specific scenario when I went all-in at one of the tables while 4-6-tabling. I always forgot to send logs in (those located by default at C:\Program Files (x86)\Coral Poker\data\logs\) when that kind of a crash happened and I don't think I can reproduce the bug now (and I'm currently absent from the iPoker tables). I'll try to remember to report it if it happens again.

Hi, It is correct that 3-10 Players is capped at 4.

Hi, it would be nice, if twister challenge standings are updated simultaneously like on Winamax. Not waiting the whole day or weekend. Its not good

Also for micro limit twister challenge (1/2e) is payout great. Lots of buy-ins in play. If i play 2e I can win 125 BIs, which is very nice. But if I play 10e, I can only win 50 BIs. Yeah I know, its extra money (better than nothing), but motivation would be somewhere else if I can win the same, like 125 Bis. traffic at 5/10 is huge, so it wouldnt be problem add more buy-ins, would it?

Well, some affiliates used to offer the same bonus at Coral, now you've simply made it automated (so that we don't have to request it by email any longer) and for all (incl. non-affiliated) players, i.e. you've levelled the playing field. Nice!

what does the jackpot sign on the cash tables mean?

It means that the table is eligible for the Summer Rivers promotion.

There's a difference between the concepts of 'jackpot tables' and 'jackpot tournaments' on iPoker.

Actually, iPoker's 'jackpot tourneys' are exactly what other poker sites call 'knockout / bounty tourneys', so the term is very confusing. Apparently, it comes from the fact that bounties are awarded from a separate 'jackpot' as opposed to the regular prize pool.

Ironically, the real jackpot SnGs (€40 Fort Knox, €20 Rio, €5 Maui*) are not marked with the 'jackpot' icon

* I've been surprised to learn that they're still in the SnG lobby, with the €153K, €115K and €10K JPs not won yet! (I was informed early this year that each of these SnG types will be removed when the respective JP is won.)

Well, I've been on iPoker since March 2013, longer than some of those employees.

I have to make a correction to my above statement: Twister SnGs are also technically jackpot tourneys. The 'JP' icon is not displayed because there's no need for it - Twister is in a separate lobby tab - but looking into one's game history in the Profile section reveals that the buy-in of a Twister consists of 3 components like a knockout SnG buy-in.

E.g. the buy-in of a €1 Twister consists of:

€0.67 - the 'pure buy-in' that funds the minimum prize of 3 * €0.67 = €2.01, and that's why the minimum prize is not exactly €2 but by a eurocent bigger and 2.01 buy-ins too at higher levels ;
€0.26 - the 'jackpot fee' that funds bigger prize multipliers (e.g. if you win €4 in a €1 Twister, it's the regular prize of €2.01 plus €1.99 awarded from the jackpot);
€0.07 - the 'tourney fee' (rake).

The €0.26 part isn't written into hand histories, that's why tracking software used to detect a €1 Twister as a €0.74 SnG.

Moreover, there was (maybe still is - I'll check next time when I have a Twister token) a visual bug when the mouseover info popup about a Twister token on the token list was telling something like 'Buy-in: €0.67, Fee: €0.07' as if it were worth €0.74 instead of €1.

Is there anyway to track your stats from twisters
Coral Poker Official. Quote

What do you mean? If you're using Pokertracker 4, go to the 'View Stats' tab, switch to tournaments (the 'T' button) and tick the 'LOTTERY' flag at the end of the list of tournament flags on the left to be shown Twister stats only.

Seems iPoker are having an update or server restart atm.

No new mtts have started for hours. Now the Twisters have stopped loading and there are no sitandgo's.

If this was planned maintenance could there be some iPoker Twitter account I couldn't find which told people this was happening or was it some technical difficulty?

For the future where do we look to check the service status of the poker network?

It would be great to have somewhere to look to see how long the site will be down.

Is there any option how to autoclose finished twister games? Its really annyoing to close it manually.

If you won, you have to do multiple clicks to close it. If you lose and want play again. You click new one, but the finished twister isnt close but it opens new table. if you play like 4tables at once it isnt fun.

If there is not an option in the client, does somebody know any autohotkey script which works?

Can you please remove the £1000 bonus or at least put it after my first deposit bonus. I've wrote coral support 2 emails about this but have had no reply, that's why I'm writing it here.
The £1000 clears at about 10% rakeback while the first deposit bonus is 30% so I'm losing out 20% rakeback, kind of breaks the terms at which I signed up to.
Cheers
Try live chat. I had the same problem and they fixed it.

As to the closing twister tables - could there be a workaround?

I know pressing Alt-F4 closes an open window so could we create some sort of hotkey for Alt-F4 so once a Twister is over we can hit the hotkey to get rid of the table?

Maybe click play again then the hotkey straight after? It saves one click plus the extra seconds of moving the mouse when you have to do 3 clicks.

I will test my theory out later as it might accidentally close an active table if my turn to act pops up between me clicking Play Again and hitting the Alt-F4 to close the finished table.
