It is a pain. I was wondering about a fix. We can't really blame Coral for them not auto crediting as it's ipoker that probably do the the work. Part of the problem of being part of a network I suppose.
But couldn't there be some sort of workaround for Coral's private missions/challenges?
If the following day they ran a search for everyone that played 5 twisters and then credit the players on that list with the prize(s).
It's not automatic as it used to be but at least the players would get their reward, albeit a delay of 24 hours, without the hassle of contacting customer service via email or live chat.
Plus, it would relieve some of the pressure on the support staff from having everyone trying to contact them for the same thing.
