I would add Party Poker to the small list of sites (Unibet and Stars) putting in good effort/decent results in the bot fight. Some of the bots that still play on 888, have been banned on Party for a year now.

So, the bot was not an (adjusting) GTO bot but a strategy bot that was additionally connnected to Poker Tracker so it can adjust (needs still a coder perhaps, but the details seem maybe fuzzy to me, compared to simple cbet and ccbet stats and so). And that it needed work to maintain and figures to need too much work to maintain (not sure about that).

With such poker skills one could play manually also (a limit higher) but not such volume. One also needs such poker skills to input the strategy and be ready to risk getting banned for life.

The ready made bot solutions are obviously improving every year.

Did WPN put a beat on him and he stopped? Hard for me to think so when there are so many other sites. Then come here and post about 6 months of botting as high as 50 and 100 rather than 4 and 10 for a start? And come here to argue one did nothing wrong by making the thinking more automated than allowed by rules.

It does seem panicked... but seems obvious / intentionally bad acting. Not sure what to make of all this.

The odd thing is that the OP's motives and his latest antics are not really that important if he was going to provide some interesting information about the botting community. Some information was had, but obviously this was stifled by those who needed to be ultra self righteous about the "rules" of poker as set by the rooms, even if the rooms do not enforce the rules.

Perhaps the next time this type of thread happens, if it happens (not sure why anyone would bother in future if they read this one), we can find out more information about how rigorous various rooms and networks are at pursuing bots, because in the end they are the ones that need to be held accountable.

I do give credit to that Unibet dude who manages to find a way to spam his site in a wide variety of threads.

if you don't see how bots are a huge detriment to online poker and your bottom line assuming you play, then nobody can help ya bud, but i'll give you a hint, it has nothing to do with losing to the bots
