Recently, I've been playing the leaderboard on party poker which reward top 5 with a super prizepool of (5) x 10 000$ Package for Punta cana later in November.

It's all good until I realised that (4) players we're playing together, making deals together to the shortest stack in points, chips dumping and colluding together to reach the top prizes. It cost me my package and ended up 6th that week. I knew it was sort of possible but knew clearly by wednesday ( mid week point racer) that they we're playing together.

So here is the story of the 10k Carribean leaderboard promotion.

How it works is pretty easy, they start the week with 4 accounts. From Monday 24th of july to 30, they used accounts ID : Dos_cervezas , firgli, pioMYASS, nelisschuif.

Three of these accounts are from Malta and nelisschuif is supposed to be from Netherland but might be playing on VPN but is certainly playing with the three others.

I suspect overall that (2) players or more are running these (4) accounts. This is hard to confirm due to the fact that I am not behind the scene.
Multiple actions, deals making at final tables, chip dumping, leaderboard point dumping are all going to be explained.

First of all, these players have all one point in common, they are all together their must frequent opponent. See graphics into the next pages.

They create new account just for promotion as Piomyass did play his very first game on 23 of july.


However, what really brings my attention is when the leaderboard gets into the middle of the week. Okay let’s be honest, there is (5) seats to win and you would never expect this to happened if these guys we’re not colluding. They end up a game making a deal three ways on GAME ID : 141691852 without just saying one word. Since pioMyass was 9 or 10 all week long and firgli 6-7 so at that point, Nelisschuif who was 3rd in chip made a deal with these two friends to give the most point to firgli to have a chance of making top 5. The very huge important thing to understand into this deal is just and simply think about this ; If I was 3rd into the promotion , why would I give the most points to the player who is 6 and 7th into the leaderboard. I would die for it but would never give up first position point to anybody of that promotion. Here is the graphic of this : #141691852 on sharkscope

How they process is they try to always give points to the shortest stack in the point racer. And since pioMYASS was never in good standing into the race, he was more a pawn than anything else. But still very useful to play a game with 50-60 players with 4 accounts. You will often end up at the same table of whatsoever.

Another particular scam got my attention this whole week, while being top 3 in the GAME ID : 141693100. Both players ( Dos_cervezas and nelisschuif) double call me twice and check all the way until the river to try to kick me out 3rd. Dos_cervezas was actually 7 or 8 at that time and nelisschuif still 3. I let you guess what happened when they succeed to kick me out. Nelisschuif agreed to make a deal without saying one word and pretty quickly dealed in about 4 seconds to give the most points to Dos_cervezas who needed point to beat me into the promotion.



Again, if I was 3 into the leaderboard, why would I make a deal with 7 or 8 in the point racer.

I just basicly lost promotion because I got scammed all week long by these guys. It’s also a 100% certitude that these guys are all colluding into this promotion point racer. I would go All in for my life into this.

I did play the whole week of poker, it was exhausting but it was worth giving a try. But end up realising that it’s hard to beat (4) accounts playing together. All week long, I’ve seen strange things between them, fake playing pots, giving chips, making strange deals, everything worked out as Dos_cervezas stole the 5th position to me like that.



**** These guys are doing it again this week on party poker on week 7 august to 13 august. These guys are scammers, fraudeurs and colluders***** I don't know if party poker will keep endorsing them.

Party doesn't really want to do something because they run the highest game.

They allowed this all summer long... They mainly just play all together week by week. Giving them the most chances to reach packages. Really hard to beat. Sometimes they skip a week like week 31 july to august 6th, only the Main account dos_cervezas played. They wen't back on this week with the three others who got involved for the last week of the promotion.

I would like to see party do something, it's a +/- 150 000$ Scam with all these packages.

Party doesn't follow up. They just don't say anything about it. This is very strange, it looks like they know but they doesn't want to do anything.

As well as they are not giving news from that kind of email.

What else can I do ? it's 100% sure that these guys are playing together.

We discussed this via PM Glybert and action was taken, the team looked into claims and the issue was resolved in full

Yes, it is now over with this thread. Party found out some irregularities and they took action in this case against players. However, after a vigourous investigation, they arrived at the expected conclusion. I was really happy to find out that suspicion/evidence can lead to punishment. In fact, I really felt like party is doing their best to protect players.
